20cm, eh? Lemme go grab my ruler... EDIT: S250, when you say 20 cm, is that the TOTAL robot height, or the height up to the top of his head? I ask, as stuff like wings can inflate height measurements.

in the normal robot mode,it's about 24cm but if you make bird legs straight he will get more 1-2cm higher.
Sweet. Do you have it in-hand, or just pics that were provided to you? If it's in-hand, can we get altmode pics and a head closeup? And some size comparisons? If it's 20cm, it's at LEAST a Voyager. However, there's a problem if that's indeed the case... we know that the Voyagers are being packaged in altmode (as seen by Prime, Ironhide and Starscream's boxes). Thus, that begs the question - could he be a Leader? 20cm would be a short Leader-class figure.
24 cm? I just measured Prime and Megatron from the first movie. That DEFINITELY makes him a Leader-class. Are there any battery cases on him somewhere? All that clear red plastic is BEGGING for lights.
Given my ROFT Legends Prime is roughly half the height of deluxe Soundwave or FAB Prime and here he looks to be a third of the height of the Fallen, then the Fallen is at least a Voyager.
