I am considering if I should stick with Termitron for Botcon 2010 or if I should try something new that being having a display/diorama involving ROTF Tankor & His Army (the leader having black paint on him somewhere to let you know that he's the boss).

**regarding the Tankor Army Diorama - Aiming for it being Battle-Scene based.

What do you think?

Hes just Tankor enough that you could do the diorama from Beast Machines with the army of him chasing after Optimus Primal and gang.

I think you may find that the Tankor idea will give you a fresh approach in regards to your custom work; keep us posted!

I like it.

I just picked up a Leader Brawl from a friend, and with Black Friday this weekend I picked up 3 Legends Tankor and a Dlx DD Brawl at Target.

Thinking about leaving the Legends tankorz alone, painting 2 Deluxes like the USA BM Tankor deco, and then the leader as close to the Show model as possible, along the lines of Beast Wars Returns.

The setup will look like

1 Leader- Supreme Commander Tankor
2 Deluxes- Lieutenant Tancor/Lieutenant Tankaur
4 Legends-Tank Drones

and I have a McTankor that I'm going to use as a "Mastermind" sort of scenario.

 

Army building is scalping, but without the benefits.
 

 

Instead, It gives Firepower.  

That's a neat plan and it is pretty cool that someone has a similar idea as well.

As for ideas with a Tankor display, how about a Cybertron display set-up?

 

I think having the same custom at BotCon every year drastically hurts one's chances of ever winning at the contest.

 

My mom agrees with your point in regards to that since it could seem like as one says "Re-Run" entry though I do it mainly for fun.

You have any ideas in regards to Display for Tankor Army? (Just curious)
