its finally here.. took long to do the gif =P lol sorry its kinda choppy.. i couldn't take as many photos to make it with the 2mb limit =X

so here it is.. ROTF Starscream.. well atleast just Movie Starscream..
iunno about you but i having a feeling that the ROTF Leader Class SS wont come out till like.. Mid 2010.. prob April,MAY at earliest... so i this dude will have to satisfy me for the time being...

    -recipe-
    - Body - TFTM Starscream
    - Ball joint head from Gundam
    - Forarms - ROTF SS
    - Kibble for the missile Launcher along with the missile from ROTF SS
    - Jet Packs - TFTM hands? attached by NEO SHIFTERS!! i just discovered them =P
    - Massive repaint over the body
    - Base coat black
    - then coated all gunmetal
    - then some parts silver for the clear red on the body and wat not
    - then a massive drybrush job over the whole body using flat aluminum
    - all the small details after that and then sealed in Krylon crystal Clear gloss

-NOTE- he's actually pretty shiny.. somewhat.. so if u actually see any flesh tone parts on him .. its actually just my hand from the camera reflecting off him haha.

If you already took his arms, why not also swap out the head?

i actually was going to do.. cuz it sounded logical.. but after some thought, i felt like the ROTF head was too small for this body.. and if anything made him look kinda puny lol .. IMO =P

I still prefer the first Movie SS over the ROTF SS. Any mods done to that version are always a pure win for me.

I really like what you've done here. He looks great with the ROTF hands and lower arms....very fitting. The thrusters look ace, as does the paint work.

Only thing (this is just my opinion) that I would have liked to have seen would've been you adding articulation to the ankles/feet using those same Neo Shifter joints....he can really pull off some dramatic poses with that mod.

Still, that takes nothing way from what you've done....I for sure wouldn't kick it out of my display cabinet!!

thanks lol .. sorry im not sure wat alcald is tho =\

thanks man! interesting on the ankle joints.. but wen i got my neo's my figure was already base coated so i couldnt/wouldn't do that much anymore to his body.. i mainly just bought the neo's to see what they were cuz i hear so much about it on this site.. and i just tested it on SS's back for the thrusters

    =D

Badass weapon mods and great-lookin paint job. Starscream may not have been shiny metallic in the movie but he looks great here. :thumb

And kudos for being so patient with those GIFs. They look great. :)

Ok. This makes me want to chop up that crappy ROTF mold for the arms. Nice job!

Starscream has always been my fav character and I really like your interpretation. One thing I don't really feel good though is how beefy his upper arms look in comparison to the lower arms, but I guess it's just the flaw of the original mold.

Wonderful job. Absolutely love it :)

Absofreakingincredible mods. The RotF SS arms look *so* much better on the '07 mold's body. And a ball jointed neck is one of those things that this mold always should've had right from the start. Hell, this mod even makes the jet mode look slicker, and that's certainly not easy to accomplish. This is how Voyager SS should have been right from the start.

lol ya i love drybrushing.. i honestly think if ur making a transformer, you'd have to put some weathering on it to make it look more realistic... unless ur making a cartoon version =P ooorr. u just want a clean version also =D
    =D
lol make one! its very satisfying!
