Nick, I do not think Hasbro changing factories from China to Vietnam will make a difference when it comes to GPS. The problem of GPS is known, so I think they will try to evade it (still, some characters still slip through, like movie 1 protoform Starscream). I don't believe a factory in Vietnam has more knowledge or better equipment to prevent GPS from occuring.
