    Hello from France,
yes in the cheese lovers' country we do have tf fans, just like me!!
first things first, thanks for this website, very useful source for the frenchies!!

My question already asked....I saw that on the comments of the packaging pics you have here.

A firm release date for starscream leader in your country.

I spotted 2 screamers on e bay, both in china, but my wallet will prevent me from bidding!!

Well well hoping to have news from here

    Regards

    Nick

It is suggested he comes out about May or June in the USA.

Also, welcome to the boards! :)

I think june, you better hold off buying until the actual release, it's friendlier to your wallet that way

Don't think I'll ever see him in Chile, too (we got Prime and Jetfire though). We rarely see the last waves of any toyline, and in extremely rare cases we get to see a store exclusive (don't know how they do it... maybe they sold us all the leftover Burning Fallens nobody would buy up there)

Hi again and many thanks for your warm welcome!
I shall be back very soon but I have family obligations!!!
a few facts from Transformers Community in France:
1)Well I am member of a French Forum which is quite active (personnaly I am not so much but there's G1 hardcore fans and so on)
    2) We are poorly served in TF toys, Jetfire never hit the shelves here.... mine was imported from the US last summer
    3) Price info, in France a TF movie leader is 94$ worth how much do you pay them here?
    4) Repeating myself, thanks a lot guys our forum is located here; Transformers
if people have questions for translations please advise, thanks!!!!

    Good morning from France!!
Sun is shinning and planes are flying!
I repost on today about leader screamer further to a post on our French forum. One of the members was questionning the rumor about the quality of the plastic to be used on the leader figure mentionning the GPS "golden Plastic Syndrome". A plastic which has the poor property to break in small pieces like its ""degenarating" (xcuse if my English is not sharp enough) and in which case glue is just useless.
This member mentionned the fact that this type of defect was generally seen on some combination of color and plastic, adding that recent figures like ROTF deluxe blazemaster and movie protoform starcream, were infected by this "disease".
Since you are to my mind CSI members of the transformers area, I thought I would find answers here.
    Thanks and regards from france

Right now there is no way of telling if Starscream will suffer from GPS yet. It might be possible, seeing as there is some plastic on this figure that can potentially suffer from GPS (brown plastic), but we won't know until figures actually start breaking..which will probably be at least one year after sale, and probably longer.

J'espère cette réponse est utile. :)

    Hi Digilaut!

Oui cette réponse est utile, perfect french sentence as I've sen on the previous replies of my post. yet maybe it has no link, but I noticed on threads regarding screamer that the fact Screamer was injected in Viet nam and not China, which was causing some questioning around your community, but I might be off subject...

    Thanks
    Nick

    ...just thinking, ya know?

I do sympathize with the headaches the Europeans have to deal with when it comes to the distribution of toys.
grew up in a part of America i thought Hasbro hated because for several years, never saw any of the major TFs that were released. (from the late 80s till about the time of RiD)

it's getting better. i hope you get a Ldr. Starscream.
