I finally got one today and the chest doesn't really click. if i hold him by his head, the chest part automatically separates from the main torso...it's quite annoying...any problems with yours?

I just held mine by the head and shook it, and it did not seperate. Are you sure that you have it together right. About the only issue I am having with mine is getting a good pose, because his feet are not cooperating. You almost have to lean him forwardto get him to stand on his own at all.

it happened that i hold it that way and it just did that...also when i grab it by the waist, the front window tends to get closer to the body wich makes the chest separate as well...

mine is the same way. As far as posing him goes I find that sticky-tak stuck to his feet and then your surface works pretty good.

I'm having the same problem. I know I have it transformed properly but the tab doesn't hold snug. It's annoying.

There was another thread somewhere, they suggested pushing back on the upper torso, It helped mine a little but not too much. As far as posing, I tend to get the best ones when I put him in "action" poses where he leans on his blades like seen here:

Crossing his legs and having lean on one of his blades looks cool too, kinda like he's running around a turn or something along those lines.

Same problem here. Even after a few coats of Superglue, nada.
And yes I agree on ALL counts that the shit is annoying, along with the feet.

Shoving the chest back helped mine, a lot. If you squeeze the windsheild and the abdomen together a little bit, it should shift the chest back enough to poroperly engage the chest clip. Unfortunatley, it's really easy to shift hte chest back forward without realizing it.

A lot of people have been transforming his feet backwards. It seems to make him a lot more stable.

as for the chest, i've just put a drop of superglue on the little tab and waited....then a little more...and waited.... then a little future floor and that worked like a charm!
