Here's a static look at the awesome little guy. I had a lot do get done so there won't be quite as many pictures initially, but as always I'll do my best to fulfill requests.

Dune Runner is a reinforcement from Cybertron, adopting a very Landmine-esque Dune Buggy mode here on Earth:

Just a quick size comparison with the Classics Seeker mold (I can shoot more on request with other figures, but I've heard enough requests to use more universally common figures for comparisons and I think that Classics Starscream mold is one that more people have):

Transformation involves flipping up the feet, extending the legs, folding out the arms, flipping up his head and folding the guns back onto his shoulders, and you've got a nice little robot!

He's got hinge joints for ankles, knees, and double hinges at the elbows for transformation, and double hinges on his guns to sit back on his shoulder or come forward for vehicle mode, and ball jointed hips and shoulders. You can get some pretty cool poses out of him:

So yeah, like many of the ROTF scouts, he's definitely worth picking up when you see him. Video review available here:

Nice pics. Lots of details for a basic figure.

Awesome toy. Could you please take some pictures comparing him with Deluxe Landmine if you have the toy?

I predicted that the movie scouts would be toycrack after we saw the initial dose of reviews late last year. This figure further proves my point. I LOVE the head sculpt!

Fun little figure. I'm glad they got to designing real movie scouts this time, rather than release repaints of older toylines that don't fit the movie aesthetic at all.

Will definitely pick this one up to go with my Landmine.

A blue repaint would be awesome because he could be scattershot or beachcomber

Landmine is my Movie Hound, Dune Runner will be my Movie Brawn. No repaints required, IMO.

One of the more poseable scouts I have bought. I am thinking getting a few of them. He is so awesome. He might be small, but he kicks ass.
