Is there any word that there will be one of these eventually? The only thing I don't like about the current leader class prime is the plastic wheels, lack of finger articulation and the paint scheme compared with the 2007 premium prime.

 

i have not heard of anything but i doubt that if there is a premium, there will be artic. fingers or rubber tires...probably just a snazzier-shinier paintjob...but thats just me...

You don't want rubber tires anyway. We all remember how the rubber ones on the RID figures dried up and suicided.

I'd buy a Premium though.

 

He's an amazing figure. Seriously; awesome transformation for a start. He looks superb in both modes. I;d definitely reccommend him extremely highly indeed.

I haven't heard anything, but I like the mold more then enough to buy a good repaint. I was actually planning on getting the Takara version in addition to the US version if thre were big enough differneces, but there really isn't. Anyways, I am really curious what they will do for a repaint, since it's bound to happen.

 

With the lack of painted areas on the current release, this figure is just BEGGING to get a Premium edition.

Hell, I'd pay $50-$60 if it's anything close to what they did with the Premium deluxes and voyagers.

He just needs to be painted up like he is on the back of the box with more red, blue, gold, & silver. Yet, most of the silver areas could easily be solved if they just mold the pieces in that silver/gray colored plastic. And while they're at it, include some blue lights instead of red and green. Keep the voice chip the same. Peter Cullen helps even more to make this figure already as great as it is.

 

I want this figure. But I'm holding out hope that TakaraTomy will release a version with chrome parts, similar to the MA-21 version from the 1st movie.

 

i hope there wont be a premium version so i wont have to buy another leader class   and seriously, i find the current leader prime awesome (i have the takara release) and i dont personally want anything much different from it.. anyway, i guess i probably wont shell out for another leader prime even if a premium one is released
