hey guys, my improved version of OP, better than the first(and not do good)one, if somebody answer me, i would apreciate, i've tried to drawn around the flames, with silver gel pen, but, the paint doesn't get dry, and i have to remove it, so, does gel pen get dry, after all? there is something i am missing?

Well, let's get to the toy...

not an xpert but I would say your gel pen is putting on a lot of paint at once on a substrate that does not aborb paint to well or at all, even if it does dry it would probably peel right off because gel pen paints are probably not suitable for this kind of application. You should get to work with a thin artist brush and silver testor's paint.
