    Hi guys,

here is my version of deluxe-class Brawn. Great figure I think.
The color for altmode is black and in botmode silver, blue, gold and military-green. More decals and details coming soon, so I can say it's a WIP.
    I hope you like it.

Looks nice, but erm, don't you mean Gears not Brawn?

Why would he? The base figure's Brawn, and the colourscheme certainly doesn't match up with anything Gears has ever had.
It's an interesting colourscheme, actually. Is it based on one of the Pre-TF versions of the original (I can't recall offhand what colours the off-roader was available in), or entirely your own design?
Either way, it works pretty well, and I like your weathering. :thumb

I have to agree with Ramrider on the weathering effect. This guy looks awesome. The robot mode has exciting colors that catch your eye, and the vehicle mode does exactly what it should do: look like a truck. Damn cool.

Are you making a joke? Cause if not, I would say you're slightly confused about the color of Gears.

    BTW, nice looking repaint.

Not at all. This guy = black truck, blue robot parts, Gears = blue truck, red robot parts.
Unless you're thinking of the silly Stockade redeco, which was a silver truck with blue and red robot parts. I see no match anywhere.

Yeah, you're right. The blue and red on this repaint totally screams Brawn. Of course if I'm not mistaken Brawn was actually green and yellow. But who's looking at colors?

With that said, I still think this is a very nice repaint. But, I can totally understand jametron's question.

G1 Brawn was indeed a green off-roader with yellow (and silver) robot parts. Maybe it was inspired by a different colourscheme, maybe it's intended to be a new character that hasn't been named yet, or maybe he just wanted to paint it different colours.
I'd be interested in hearing UD's thinking about what inspired the paintjob.

For me personally, the first thing that came to mind when I saw it was this South American variant of the G1 figure from Estrela:
