I'm just going to post both customs here in one thread.

First is just plain old ROTF Megatron. Did some parts swapping first. I got rid of the murder arm and gave Megatron the left arm from another ROTF Megatron figure to replace it. I also swapped heads with a TFTM Megatron head. The head and the two smaller arms gave Megatron a more slimmer look.

I then gave him the usual black base coat and silver and aluminum dry brush. Added some gray and copper highlights and done.

Transformation is the same except the smaller head has to face backwards when in tank mode but it fits perfectly.

Then is my custom ROTF Power Up Megatron. If Prime can power up then so can Megatron. I gave this Megatron BOTH murder arms! BOOM! That simple.

I then gave him the usual black base coat and silver and aluminum dry brush. Added some gray and copper highlights and done.

Transformation is a little different because of the murder arms. I just have both of them aimed forward in tank mode. And this time, the head can fold in where the left shoulder should go. This is a badass tank mode.

I'll post more pics later.... :)

I LOVE the back kibble on the Power Up Megatron. It just looks evil and menacing.

    Thanks for the comments.

Gah! So cool. I'm still on the fence wether I want to buy him or not, since I prefer boxy car transformers, but that's just so cool! O_O His powerupmode is an excellent excuse for the backpack =p

I really like powered-up alt-mode. It reminds me of the Insecticons. This currently my favorite custom of yours.

Really like what you have done with the megs. The tank mode on power up megs is killer! This gives me a reason to buy another megs. Gotta have one of those power up megs. Great work!

I have to admit, these are some pretty brilliant but subtle mods ; the colour scheme is subdued but smart ; I like the steel blue-ish matte grey.

Also, I think the TFTM head works really well ; it was prime candidate for my
    Megatron mod as well.

Only suggestion I would have to give is about the presentation : Perhaps present each Megatron seperately with a more coloured environment, then the ambient lighting does the rest for you. (the black background might make them seem a bit monotonous metallic).

Thanks for the comments. As for the presentation, maybe one day I'll invest on some lamps and a make myself a light box. Although those are not high on my list of things to get.

I think I forgot to mention that the only actual mod I did was removing the toes. The rest was just parts swapping.
