While I liked Lockdown's original legs, I preferred a knee joint like Animated Lockdown. so I unpinned everything in the knee assembly, removed the middle piece, sanded down the part attached to the upper leg, and pinned the lower part TO THE OTHER LEGS for a better look. Now this means I have to do some minor Partsforming, mainly removing his lower leg to transform him, I feel that it's worth it to overall improve the look and functionality of an awesome figure.

Sorry about the terrible quality of my pictures, I took them with a 3 megapixel phone camera.

it does, but i'm working on a mechanism to eliminate that problem! it's probably going to use wires.

well, I have to fill the gap that the old piece filled in while moving the parts into the proper positions, and so far, I can't seem to think of any other way that is flexible enough to do the job. Any suggestions would help!

I did lose some height on him, but it wasn't very much height. And personally I think it's worth it.

maybe you can make a conversion kit for the mold... i'm thinking of buying axor from bbts so the colors may need tweaking depending if you own an axor, a lockdown, or circuit.

What did you use to knock the pins out? I've tried hammering them out as well as using a soldering iron but it's not working.

Great, I broke the leg on my Lockdown trying to do this. So glad I got a response on this.

Robot mode looks vastly improved, not really liking partsforming though.
