    What a first post, eh?

So I finally found Lockdown in my area, and oh, man, is he gorgeously monstrous. Absolutely beautiful toy. And that neck! But the moment I transformed him, his left arm came off.

"Oh, it's probably just like Classic Prowl's doors, I'll just stick them back on when I'm done transforming him," I said to myself, and did so!

And then it fell off again.

This thing is just not staying in place. Like, at all. Is this a common problem? 'Cause I hadn't heard about it, but if any given Lockdown is likely to have difficulties with the loss of their limbs, is there a quick fix? I'd be willing to have a go at it with clear nail polish, but it doesn't seem like the socket is deep enough to hold the ball, from the way it's just not clicking together at all.

I had the same problem with the right arm on mine. There was some flash inside the the elbow ball joint, I scraped it off with a hobby knife, put it together and worked the joint a little bit. Hasn't popped out since, even though he often gets transformed daily.

My ROTF Lockdown sucks. His panels keep popping off and his joints are gimpy.

Will there ever be a Lockdown toy that gives the character justice?

I have the same problem. I tried a little square of paper and it seemed to make the problem worse. So, not sure if the nail polish will work. :(

I don't have any problems with his balljoints (surprisingly), but the sliding joint that holds his left arm up... ya know, the part that lets you pull the arms from the torso, that part is kinda loose, so his left arm can't usually bare its own weight for poses unless I slump it down

I've had the exact same problem with mine. The only fix I've come to is keeping the forearm attached to the door panel while posed. Can't attach his EMP, but he sits on the shelf ok.

I fear this is a pretty common problem.

I've only been able to transform it once without one of the arms popping off. The joints aren't loose, it's that they're really weak.

Hey, I know this is a very old thread, but my Lockdown's arm kept falling off too. I looked at the socket closer, and I found a small crack in the socket. It turns out that the plastic is very thin and brittle. I repaired it with another socket, and now it's fine.

pledge floor polish with future. Its better than either nail polish or glue. Just pour a little into a tiny container. More than you need for the project that either apply it with a toothpick. Or just dip the ball joint into the fluid and let it dry. Might help resurface cracks in the plastic as well.

My Lockdown suffers from that too, Circuit however is fine. I used nail polisher to help on Lockdown.

My Lockdown is like that too but my Axor and Circuit are fine. I figure I will eventually do the nail polish fix for Lockdown's loose limbs.

My Lockdown has the exact same issue as well. I tried to scrape some flash off but it doesn't seem to fix the issue. But I have mine on display so as long as I don't fiddle with it, he's fine. But I did pick up a junker Lockdown a long time ago and kept the extra arm just in case something happens to his original one.
