Lostnfound, a fellow TFW member posted a thread of 3 legends class rotf bikes he had an un-named customizer paint for him. In that thread he requested a new customizer to paint another layer or so on his already painted bikes and to do some mod work to Elita 1. I accepted his request. When I received the already customized 2 out of the 3 bikes, I started with Arcee. There was lots of paint bleeding to repair and rough paint adhesion areas to smooth out. I considered trying to repair the paint apps but then just re-did the entire figure (complete tear down, removed as much previous paint as possible, and then primed, masked, and painted all the apps. The first 2 pics are of the previous painter's arcee. All other pics are my full correction paint apps. UPDATE: Chromia done and Arcee Bot-Mode with full gloss on both. Elita is nearly complete, I'll post later.
I was supposed to be doing these. At least you are doing a good job by the looks of things. Are you going to add a gloss coat?

Yeah man! Looks loads better than before, that drybrushing really brings out the details in the figure. Are you planning on just painting, because i'd be tempted to try and fix that front fairing (ie, make it look like an 848).
OMG who did the modding on this!? That looks sick!! Clean work on the paint apps, man. I know its a PITA to get them clean on a figure this small.

This ist freaking amazing. Such great detail on such a small figure. Can´t get enough of this little figure Ive never done large customs yet but i didnt get to customizing one of the legends figures yet.
Paint job looks great so far. One thing I think is confussing is that the title says it's Legend size but it looks like it is the Human Alliance size figure.

That looks great mate. I've been searching for the legends figure for months with no luck. What is the difference between the legends and the HA arcee figure? The HA figures are getting cheaper by the week here. Hakka.

Yeah, changed his mind at the 11th hour though. Was well disappointed. The legends toys are much smaller and not as detailed.

The legends toys are much smaller and not as detailed.[/QUOTE] exactly..thats why im also hunting this HA and i already got it for HA Arcee x 2 and Chromia...one of Arcee will be painted to be like Elita-1..the detalness like what HA got is far more nice than legends which look more childish and too simple.. back to subject..you doing it very nice painted...really really nice
