Since more and more people are getting Leader Starscream, I am interested to know which one is better. I am not casting my vote yet, since I am waiting to receive my Leader SS.

It's been on the front page all week, and been on order from TRU.com since Saturday I think.

Oh, sorry, it's been a while since I've visted. I'll go read up. Thanks!

Personally, I think Leader OP from last year is the best one, but I'll have to take a good look and find myself a SS.

Starscream does kick much ass, but I still think Prime is a little better. His engineering never ceases to amaze me.

Gotta go with Prime. He's the best ROTF toy yet.

I don't have Starscream in my possession yet, he'll be here soon, but nothing tops Optimus for me.

First time I transformed him and saw the incredible design with my own eyes for the first time...I was hooked. Absolutely fell in love with a piece of plastic.

Starscream's looking great and will compliment him nicely, but Optimus is the Transformer for me. He raised the bar, and none have quite lived up to him since.

Warbot, I'll be interested to see your opinion after you get SS. The complexity of his chest/shoulders/arms are insane, must be 20-30 parts in each that somehow form into a sturdy and highly functional limb. The 7 or 8 different colors of super durable textured plastic are satisfying as well.

Prime might deserve the nod for his alt mode, but bot mode goes to SS.

That does sound impressive. I'll keep an open mind, for sure.

I feel that Starscream has the better engineering for robot mode, but Prime seems better overall. I think that 'Scream's jet mode has a bit of an undercarriage. That and Starscream's voice clip leaves a wee bit to be desired.

Let's also not forget the extra features that were removed from Optimus before the figure went on sale: collapsing tires, folding toolboxes, articulated retracting hands. Shoot, the fact Prime's as awesome as it is even with being designed for the Jetfire merge says a lot.

I voted for Leader SS. Reason why I bought one yesterday and I love it.

I don't have Leader SS yet, but from everything I've seen, it's too close to call. I'd say get both.

Very good points. I try to forget about the voice chip in SS. :(

The strongest argument for SS might be that they took an ugly chicken-legged turkey bot that is almost universally hated on the webz and turned him into arguably the best TF I have ever owned (if you remove nostalgia). Props to the design team on both of these figures!

Too close to call for me now that I have my own Leader SS. Prime seems cooler, but Screamer is just so fun to fiddle with.

I gave it a "too close to call".
    Got my SS yesterday.
Love the soft touch matte plastics they used on him.

Leader Starscream, but in fairness to Prime, he's the closest second you could have possibly chosen to ask me to pick against.

Fixed, adjusted for my opinion only, lol.

And since i am not a fan of the Cybertronian Tortilla Chip bot mode, i might try to display my Starscream in that gerwalk mode.

but until i get mine in hand, i can't vote, or just stick with "too close to call" for me, anyway.
