I picked this up on eBay but it didn't come with instructions. Anyone know where I can find them? I couldn't find it on Hasbro's site.
    Thanks.

check optibotimuses YouTube review on him plus he shows an easier transformation on him and he is an awesome reviewer or just download them on Hasbro.com

The instructions aren't very good by the way, so be sure to check a video review or two.

Eva Unit 4A of CDX's video of transforming ROTF Leader Optimus may be your best bet...if you don't mind sitting through 35 minutes of video. It's pretty damn thorough for going from robot to vehicle, much more than Hasbro's instructions of utter vagueness. Here.

Thanks guys. I just spent the last hour to hour and a half trying to do the vehicle to bot transformation in reverse, since he was already in bot mode. Hardest one I've transformed yet.

YouTube reviews are your friend, depending on which mode your figure is in.

He's easier to transform from vehicle back to robot. Getting him to truck mode needs a lot of fiddling around to get panels to align

Yeah, trying to get the cab and hood to line up right is probably what I spent the most time on. That and trying to interpret the already difficult vehicle to bot instructions in reverse. The coolness of both modes makes him worth it though.

Oh, Yes, it was my first transformation... Fingers ached for three days...
Imagine my surprise that not all Transformers have so hard and long transformation...:D

That's like first jumping into the pool at the deep end. ;)
I've heard that leader Sentinel Prime is also a pain. I don't have him so I can't comment though. Leader Ironhide was a walk in the park compared to OP. Prior to those two I hadn't transformed anything except my Prime deluxes and voyagers, most of which are fairly simple.

Just get another one in the opposite mode of what you have it in. Any attempts at transforming it are futile.

As cool as that would be, I just can't do it with so much new stuff coming up between the TFP and FOC products.

And thanks for the video links guys. :)

Everytime I have transformed this figure, it has taken me over an hour. My son is four and it will be 5 or 6 years before he will be able to transform it. Still is fun if you have some time to kill.

I actually have both Leader OP and SP at my computer table and transform them every few days or so; you get used to the transformation quickly
