Done as a commission for a friend.

Pretty much the same as my old one, except not. Used drybrushing layers of steel, silver, then chrome this time, along with gold instead of gold metal flake (it blends in better that way). Oh yeah, the claw mod is much more secure, and now he features a new elbow graciously donated by a movie Scorponok. Oh, and the front of the cannon isn't detachable this time.

Personally, I'm in love with this figure. I'm sorry to see him go.

Beautiful paintwork! I loved the different blends of paint used to make a naturally metallic look!
I loved how you did the elbow on Megatron's murder arm too!
I'm now tempted to repaint mine even though I didn't have the time to finish repainting the original movie one! XD
    Great job!

Thanks. It feels good o be painting again.

The elbow was actually Solrac333's idea. I just figured out how to attach the lower arm. Although it's notreally shown in the pictures, it's got a swivel joint both above and below the elbow, which justmakes the arm all that much more posable.

Thanks man. That's only the second time I've done the cannon, but I think I've really got it so I can recreate it pretty quickly if I need to.
