Might be worth checking in Sainsburys sometime then as their Leaders are £39.99. Although I can get a 10% discount at Argos through my sister which works out almost the same.
Nice to know it's out. Not that I'm still sure I want it. :)

Nice one! Fantastic toy, he makes my other blackbird jet Transformer (a very playworn Go-Bot named Snoop) look like a Micromaster with the sheer size of the jet mode.

Glad to hear he is out and about in the UK, he is one of the most impressive vehicle modes designed yet for the Transformers line, and he's also a perfect accompaniment to the Leader Class Optimus Prime, whether you have them combined, or Jetfire hitting Optimus with his cane while Animated Shockwave points and laughs (which is how mine are currently displayed ;) )

Odd thing- a lot of the stores I go to around me will either have just way too many Megs and Primes to restock with a new wave, or they've been down to 1 or 2 more leader toys for a couple months and just refuse to restock until they're gone.

I know he's been seen in areas of my state, but I thought by now he'd be saturated at places like Target and TRU. I go to around 5 stores on a weekly bases that carry TF toys, including 2 TRUs, but haven't seen him. I'll buy him when I see him, but I'm not really "hunting" for him.

It was a US one, single language box and full bio, so I don't know if we're getting a euro-spec Jetfire or whether Argos has been cheeky and imported some US stock.

IIRC Red Leader was told by Hasbro U.K. that they never expected anything but English speaking Primes and Megatrons,
which they are now shipping... With examples of such being found in Smyths and Tesco (they have multilngual paperwork in the bag with the instructions).

We can probalby conclude then that most if not all Jetfires shipped by Hasbro UK will also be English speaking, although at least
one of the Jetfires bought in a Smyths in Dublin was in Canadian packaging rather than American packaging.

You opened a thread clearly marked as being related to Transformer releases in the United Kingdom just to post that?

I've never heard of "the us"? Is that a new country?

    Maybe you really are asleep.
