I hope it's a LOT better than the Leader Class figure from the first movie. That thing is probably the only TF toy I honestly regret buying.

I'll look forward to seeing it! Hopefully, his paint job will be more similar to the first movies premium Megatron, rather than the first version. :)

By the way, thank you, S250 for posting this! :D

I never did buy it, it was a horrible looking toy so I didn't bother. I hedged my bets on a tank mode for the sequel and it seems it's going to pay off. :D

Wow, that's like the most vague description I have ever read of a TF.

"Has many edges and corners." Really? You mean it's not just a toy ball?

Look forward to getting more info on this one, though. The FAB actually looked halfway decent for what it was, and I expect that this new tank design is going to translate better to the leader class than the jet design from movie one did. The limbs don't really have to be hidden, after all.

Got the first Leader Megatron for a birthday present, (I wanted it) but was a little dissapointed.

Still haven't transformed the thing. Just sits on top of my shelf, pretty much hidden by some other stuff = Regret getting it.

Maybe if this one is better, I may give it a go as well... MAYBE...

The only Movie Megs I bought was the Best Buy Megs. The Movie Leader Megs was too much for me, I don't know if it was the blue color, the jet mode, the price, or something else. Anyway, not appealing. So I hope that there'd be some improvements on this new Megs.

Likewise, then again we've seen what a little more work did to leader Optimus' design, here's hoping the same goes for a new Megatron.

Not all that surprising, imo. The tank alt-mode should make for a really good Leader class figure. Here's hoping the third Leader mold is Jetfire. The more I look at Leader Prime, the more I think I'll probably get the Leader versions of him, Megs, and Jetfire. Especially if Prime and Jetfire combine. If not I'll probably wait for the inevitable Voyager class versions of the three.

My money's on the three Leaders now being Prime, Megs, and Jetfire.

Starscream, Soundwave, Ironhide and Bumblebee for Voyagers.

(Unless they have the Ultra class... in that case Starscream would get an Ultra)

Woah woah.... Leader-class? Now, would a non-show character get a Leader-class? Guess who lied.

I'm wondering if the success of previous and current lines has emboldend Hasbro to go for four leader-class molds for ROTF: Prime, Megatron, Jetfire, and the Fallen.

Or, I suppose, Jetfire or the Fallen could be the second Supreme mold along with Devastator. After all, both Energon and Cybertron had 2 Supreme releases apiece.

Despite what is being said, I still believe the Fallen = Megatron.
