Jetfire looks sooooooo weird So glad it seems they stuck with that, it's gotta be one of my favorite designs
Well no, it was already confirmed since that movie-bot had the landing gear cane already modled on Legends Jetfire's arm.
Its good to see the original cast come back like Prime and BB but the constructicons aren't all that great. I can't wait to see the movie and see if that changes any aspect of this. Maybe I just need to see them in action, I mean I already changed my mind on the twins, I want them!! I'll have to wait and see.
I've been hoping and hoping that, that was going to make it into the movie. I want a deluxe figure of that, the FAB isn't half bad though. WHO cares about Devastator I want LONG HAUL! Jet Fire= DON"T WANT
Jetfire's head looks really weird, and Ratchet is lime green with army green camo, army green shins, and army green doors. AWESOME! Long haul is greeeeat!
It really is awesome to see the Nizzi-accuracy of Long Haul! Like most, I was blown away by that design the first time I saw it and always hoped a movie version could live up to it; to see the design realised so completely in toy form now is fantastic. I can't even imagine how impressed I'll be when I see the mainline toy, let alone the CGI model in motion...great bio, too. Jetfire, on the other hand, I'm still reserving judgement on. He could look really cool, or could look really weird; fact is, it's near impossible to judge when all we have to go by are a leg in the trailer and the deformed, ultra-simplified FAB/Legends renderings. Like with Megatron, I'm ready to see the Leader toy now; last time I said that, the pictures turned up within 24 hours. Second time lucky?
I might pick up Long Haul simply for the G1 goodness. Unless a higher class toy of him comes out. Jetfire looks both neat and odd at the same time. I like the engine legs, but the face looks weird, and for a second I thought he had Mr. T's gold chains! Ratchet I'm meh on. Since when did he have a gun?
I like both Long Haul and Jetfire. But my favorite aspect of Long Haul's bio is that he "never talks" but he also tells people that their stuff was lost. P&~P.
Long Haul is the best looking Constructicon I've seen so far. Way better looking than Demolisher and Rampage, I might add. If the Voyager version looks as good as this, I may just buy it. And is it me, or does FAB Jetfire look worse than the Legends version?
Not a whole lot of difference in the Jetfire Fab and the Legend class; in that it doesn't really give much more of an impression of the character. At this point, I'd really just like to see a CG image of the guy already. (Yes, I know we saw his leg in the trailer.) Also, from the look of his leg joints, the figure could probably stand taller then that, they just seem to have him in a squating pose on the box for some reason...Hasbro interns. lulz. The Longhaul Fab is rather impressive in just how accurate it is to the original art concept. Makes me really hopeful for a Voyager.
Despite the shortcomings of the Devastator toys, I'm really liking the Constructicons so far! And Jetfire looks heaps better than the legends figure.
Long Haul's bio is hilarious, and the toy looks awesome -- especially for a FAB! Jetfire's super-akimbo legs are very goofy, but the alt mode looks pretty good. EDIT: What's with the pickaxe on his left arm? Poor Ratchet's getting weird color schemes this time around. I hope he gets a new Voyager mold.
Jetfire's legs look odd. But besides tht he looks great. I can't wait to see what he and Optimus look like combined. I love Long Haul and Ratchet!
