So, does that mean that each vehicle is transformable into Devastator's limb? Or are they separate papercrafts?

    BTW, mantap gan!

Don't mean to join in on the threadjack question thing, but i didn't even understand the post that Maximo pointed out. Just sayin' is all. *shrugs*

Though, on a more related note, awesome papercrafts, Cerebrave! I can't wait to see the final Devastator done. Personally, i've had some experience actually building papercraft TF's (another guy used to make 'em), and i must say it is way too difficult for me to do, so props to you for actually designing them in the first place! :)

And to hazard a guess to Yong's question, i'd say that they are more than likely separate crafts, you build each vehicle, and then Devs himself separately. While i'm fully aware that paper TF's can in fact transform if built correctly, a combiner i've never seen and i would wonder about the 'joints' to connect them to make Devs.

Treadshot, you are correct. building a transforming papercraft is very difficult, even when I tried my self. and as Paper TF transforms, they tend to be a "toy", and toy breaks. Paper won't keep long, they will wear and tear. I tried that my self couple of time. Therefore I decided to not taking the "hard" parts any longer.

Your guess is also correct. They should be built separately, hence should you want to built both vehicle and robot, you just need to print it twice. To make things clear, just observe yourself in my site.

Oh yeah, back to my history, I made "terradive" and "fireflight" (not sure if they named correct). Retouch them with real-life aircraft painting. It is designed transformable, as well as combines to Superion Maximus. but when I did try to built it my self, it frustates me. Hence I discontinue the process and make them remain unreleased. Here are few pics of them:

Maximo, I dont know him, and he might do as you think he is doing. But I dont quite mind it since I'm new here.
About the pics, why dont you make them your self?, send the pic to me, then I'll post them in my site to your credit? :)

Yong, all can be answered once you download and read on my site. You can see how parts formed the vehicle as well as the devastator.

    These are great!

I think Maximo was stating that it was odd for yongkykun to post a link to another thread in the 1st post of this thread, it's not his sig , it's just odd.

I can't fathom the amount of ink will be used for these!

    really neat concept!
it's a little boxy for my tastes, but the fact that the vehicles combine to form devastator is pretty neat!

So, is this a program that prints the design in 3-d like those plastic printers or is this all artwork done by hand first?

This is much much better than those paper swans, ha.

A Kremzeek would be very neat, the lightning would look cool all boxy and in real life.

Papercrafts typically start out as a 3D model. The designer then unfolds those models and makes pieces out of them, adding tabs(most of the time) so the builder can glue the sides together to make a 3D shape with the paper once printed and cut out.
    It's essentially a 3D>2D>3D process. :)
