Got this one in the mail the other day as well. An Okay figure for what it is, and some hints at future combination, but as of now nothing in the instructions about it. Chromia is a blue racing cycle:

They were nice enough to include a kickstand:

But for sturdier poses a weapon assembly/stand is also included. You can use this to support the the bike in a static shot:

    or in a wheelie position:

You can also attach the stand to the top of the motorcycle as a weapon assembly. One side is sculpted to look like a chaingun and the other a cannon/mortar/laser.

    A quick standard size comparison:

Of note is the underside of the cycle:

There's a joint under there that allows a piece to fold out. This piece has a slot that is clearly intended to attach to something else, and it serves no purpose in either mode and is not listed in the instructions.

Transformation is fiddly, and you end up with a robot that looks similar to the robots we quickly glimpsed chasing Sideways in the trailer:

The stand can be used again to support her in robot mode quite securely, Her arm now allows access to the trigger that fires a clear missile from the read of the cycle's exhaust:

Also, the pictures show the transformation as shown in the instructions (except the instructions said to fold the top wheel over her head and I folded it onto her back), but you can turn the handlebars in and the whole assembly around for a slightly more cohesive robot body:

    Also, Mermaid mode!

(It's just the rear cycle panel folded down in front of the wheel instead of above it, but I'm curious if they were going for a mermaid-ish design on these bots, since it certainly evokes the image well.)

Overall, a pretty awesome motorcycle mode and an okay-but-not-spectacular robot mode. I've figured out a possible leg/lower torso mode for the combined form, but I'm still working out a few details before I take pics of that. Still, it's a fairly solid deluxe, but ultimately it's going to come down to how good the combined mode is to get a solid recommendation. If you dig the aesthetic, you'll enjoy the figure, but if you're on the fence I'd recommend waiting and seeing how it all ends up.

    Video review available here:

Here's a couple of shots of a possible leg mode:

Ignore the top bit, I haven;t gotten the top half in this version back to how I had it the other day. Must've been some sleep-dep insight, but there's a better, more solid way to arrange the upper bit.

Here's another take, mostly just motorcycle mode flipped a bit with the stand as the foot.

All speculation, none of these are "official" limb modes. Just brainstorming with how much that stand looks like a foot. Hell, with my luck, Chromia will be an arm or something :lol

Here's a couple of shots with TFTM Arcee:

Not too bad at all. I really like the awkwardness of the robot mode, it makes it unique. I'm liking the range of different design aesthetics characters have in Revenge of the Fallen.

I liked the cycle bot thing on the constructicon, but this?... One of the least appealing toys from the new line.

Do you see anything that looks obviously meant for combining?

Did you not see the bit about the hidden hinge and slot on the bottom of the motorcycle in the review up there?

I wonder if the old BM unicron.com thrust cycle stands can support her? I realize she doesn't need it, but it might look cool.

Could you pose her with all the movie autobots so far? And chasing Sideways?

Impressive engineering, bot mode looks alright; I LOVE how that kickstand works in both modes.

I like that the stand seems to be versatile. I thought it'd be only used for the Bot mode, but I really like how it can be used for the bike in three different ways. That's cool. I'm also glad to see some solid evidence of combination (the combined mode's going to be pretty big...) and also that you can adjust the headlight bits for a "tighter" bot mode.

I like the idea of three little bots on unicycles..and a good homage to BM Thrust, but I'm not really feeling this one. Still, will probably pick this one up for the supposed combination. If that turns out to be untrue, I'll still have a sleek motorcycle. :)

Looks great! Thank you very much for these.

Any progress on providing a picture of that "possible leg mode"?

Oh so apparently the stand is extremely clever and adds to the play value?

    Good Hasbro.

Love this toy. I like the design, and the colors are nice too. Will purchase.
