well, I'll be buying atleast 2 of these mold, unless someone that buys it decides to cast the head and I could just buy one from them for my '08 CCBB.
The only parts that look different are his front bumper and head. I don't have his gun in front of me, so I'm not sure about that.

TF1 Bumblebee had a weapon that was a seperate piece that fit into the molded hand, a blaster that turned into a gun/dagger/sword thingy. As someone else already mentioned, TF2 Bee's blaster seems fixed and replaces the hand.
I prefer the battle mask. Makes a great homage to the original Bumblebee toy. This face makes it look like Sam just explained to 'bee where baby humans come from...
I wonder how the transformation would allow the gun to be part of the arm given where said arm is supposed to go in car mode...
