The new headsculpt is sweet. Eventhough it's a little blurry, it looks a lot more movie accurate. I'm still thinking I'll be spending my toy collecting dollars elsewhere this time around. If it had been a whole new mold, or if Bee had gotten a new alt mode, I might have been willing to fork over a few bucks for him. Besides, I've got my original one all Reprolabled up!
Why is the head so huge? I guess I'll get it, the new weapon looks cool, as does the car grill. The head really upsets me.
It's different enough for me to get it JUST to say I have TF2 BB. I still think 70's BB is the best movie Bumblebee mould.
I will be picking this up. The new head sculpt is great. I like the gray plastic a lot too. CC BB was pretty accurate to begin with, so I'm not surprised Hasbro just retooled the mold.
since i only have the allspark BB and Premium BB, ill get it depending on plastic quality. i cant STAND how the plastic is in Premium and the blue on the other one drives me nuts, so this may be a must get for me. though just lookin at him though, does he have the thigh kibble?
I believe that with the new fender on the new Bee, there's a new intake scoop on the hood of the alt mode as well. I think it might be a new Z28...? Is that what the old ones were called?
This is a certain buy for me. I bought Classic Camaro Bumblebee as my first movie toy, and while I do like him a lot, his nondescript vanilla weapons and giant clown feet did leave me wanting something a bit more film-accurate to replace him. I've been umming and ahhing between Concept Camaro, Premium and Screen Battles for a while, but this one has them beat, if only for the excellent headsculpt, so I guess I'll just wait for this.
Well... This has the same detailing/colors as the premium, with a new bumper, head, and gun. And I like the head. Want.
repaints/remoulds, that merely suggests cost cutting measures (which is just the way things are) and is mildly disappointing but hopefully that means that its allowed a shift of focus onto the new characters.
Looking pretty good. It's nice that Hasbro aren't just putting out the old figure in a new box, and it allows the fans (and kids) who didn't get the original to get a newer, possibly improved version of it.
Not bad, but I'm happy enough with the one I have. It's nice to see them at least remold the head, front bumper, and give him a new weapon. Only returning characters I plan on getting figures for are Optimus and Megs.
Nice retool of the head, but not enough to make me buy another CC BB. *waiting to see the rest of the line*
I'd possibly grab it during a sale, but won't rush to stores to grab it as soon as it's out by any means
I'm glad it's a slight remold and an easy pass - less money I have to spend that way. I hope they so the same with all the old characters and put some real effort into the new ones.
