I think that the hand seen in that detail is Jazz' hand. He too had a claws and his fingers orientated in a very similar way, and it would make sense, 'cos he's a dead transformer too. Unfortunately, I don't have any comparative material, but maybe someone can do the comparison for me. Thanks in advance!

That's Megs as he appeared in TF1. Not the TF2 version. So I guess they'll be showing him in some flashbacks.

That face he's bowing before has strong similarity to the Decepticon logo

how can you say that? it has everything, even the lines above the eyes.

soundwaves head looks nowhere near as close, just the visor should be enough without all the other details too:

4 horns over the nose, the con-symbol has 2

the space betweeen these 2 horns is missing

the lines in the face on the left and the right are no solid, they have a step

look at the lines:




the inner-face-proportions are totally wrong to the decepticon-symbol!

 

sure a couple of those points are right, like the step on the jaw-line, the decepticon symbol is just a bit more simplified that's all. i'm not sure what you mean by some of them, eg. both this face and the decepticon symbols have 4 horns, not 2, split up into two inner ones and two outer ones.

also just so you know, there are two eyes not four... there are a couple of transformers with four eyes, such as barricade and brawl, pretty much all of the other ones have horizontal bars across them, put in to be used in the same way as eyelids are to convey emotions. the bars just stand out particularly with this face as they are silhouetted against the brightly glowing eyes.

either way, there's still not much in common between this face and soundwave compared to this face and the decepticon symbol

 

Here´s a theory, maybe The Fallen is the First Decepticon?

 

sont't se at the outer horns, there are 4 inner horns ans 2 outer horns, so there are six!

totally wrong interpretation, cause "other" decepticons havent got the decepticon-symbol as there face!

not sure what you mean, your own drawing has two inner on the forehead crest thing and two outer ones on the sides, just the same as the decepticon symbol, where are the other two coming from

 

remember here that the original Decepticon logo is based on Soundwave's head, and any resemblance would therefore be correct... however whether that connection comes through in the movieverse - we shall see
