Because the only reason people are calling him laser beak are because of his head and colors. But the people who call him Deadend are ones who have been known for a very long time to be reliable sources of leaked information.

No Sellers ever "confirmed" that. One person made an uninformed ebay sale featuring those two and nothing was ever mentioned of it again. But here we have many reputable posters and sellers who are pretty accurate with their leaked info telling us what this figure's name is.

Also, needs more Stunticon scouts.

Yep. "Sandstorm" and "Whirl" were never confirmed to be the names of those toys. Dead End, however, is confirmed to be this toy by more than one of the sellers.

 

How do we even know this is Dead End or Laserbeak? I mean, the colors can be a good indication, but that's not good enough proof for me. Also, I don't think I'd EVER see a car like THAT in real life.

 

I had a feelling it was Dead End, plus Laserbeak mut come with Soundwave!

 

It looks OK, I like the head mold, can't wait.
