This little guy is Awesome. They really stepped up expectations here... this scout class looks better than deluxe class Swindle. Scout is the new deluxe.
Looks a lot better when someone has a good idea how to transform it. (thanx Pascal) I think I'd like to get one now (or more accurately - 'eventually')
I knew it... that car looks so much like the Peugeot 9009 i posted in the last thread... props to me...
It's not a bad figure, by any means. That being said, I'm not quite sure what to think of it, yet. I'm not impressed, I'll say that, but these are just pictures. Maybe once I see it in person and try it out for myself. Sometimes pictures just don't do a figure justice. I do like the vehicle mode, greatly.
Wow, I haven't bought a Basic in such a long time. I'm surprised how small he is compared to a Deluxe. He still looks good but not really outstanding or anything.
this guy is cool but i doubt he will be in the movie. no scout classes were in the first. if this guy was gonna be in the movie he prolly woulda been a deluxe
I know this has been confirmed as Dead End BUT... Firstly it does still scream "Laserbeak" to me. From the feet to the head to the colouring... could the seller be incorrect?
Not all Deluxe classes were in the movie either. Dropkick, Payload, Swindle, Landmine(though his exact vehicle mode was xD)...the list goes on about the toys made that werent in the movie lol. So you can't realisticly assume he wont be in the movie because he's a scout. The last scouts too were the RealGear stuff. Eitehr way he looks cool and I'l be getting him for my random scifi display on my dresser. ^_^
Meh, he's kinda ok. Still don't think the alt-mode's look fits in at all with the live action movies. Still gonna get him with the expectation that there will be plenty of other scout class figures that I will like, and I it'll be cheap.
I've been thinking the same... I'm not yet convinced this is Dead end. I don't think it'd bother me that much if it was... we already got a pretty good Laserbeak homage in the Real Gear line
