    But since these guys morph the metal parts of their bodies, there is little consistency between bot and alt modes anyway.

    One thing I've noticed is in vehicle mode BB has a black and red Chevy logo. Robot mode, chrome gold.

    You do realize that the Render from the first movie is Bumblebee in Robot mode before he Scans the Concept Camaro? I.E., when he was still a 1977 Chevrolet Camaro? Besides, this a minor detail that is easily overlooked.

    the 2009 camaro is the release version, the camaro 2007 was a concept so some things were changed...

    plus BB is cgi anyways so they can add the missing stuff in it later...stuff from trailer are always WIP and gets change before the real flick comes out...

    George Lucas does this all the time...

    I provided the image of the 2007 concept to show anyone who says otherwise that in the 2007 version there was no such problem with inconsistency on his flood lights. It was as if to say "In 2007 they did it right, in 2009 they did it wrong."

    again they can tweak up any mistakes easily since it is CGI for cinema release or dvd release...

    I see what you mean. It's plausible that the dimensions of the robot mode parts changed during Transformation... for some reason.

    But yeah, probably a mistake by ILM.

    maybe I'm blind, but I simply don't see what your saying, it looks the same but its a different angle, the only reason the floodlights look squarish is because its not head on. and there is an angle...
