    That ... makes no sense.

    A company different from Hasbro is "blowing" their money to produce this merchandise. This "money blowing" includes a licensing fee paid to Hasbro.

    So this product's existence, doesn't mean that Hasbro is blowing part of their "let's make toys budget" in bubble bath instead of toys.

    Yikes....
