Today at work, I came upon a Blazemaster that had a bit of paint missing that -all- the others have.

The 'Channel 7 - Action News' is incomplete with only the 'hannel 7 - tion News' Actually being on him. It looks like the little L shaped bit just didn't get sprayed.

Is this a rarity or does Hasbro do this often enough for this not to be worth anything?

Edit: Here's a picture of it:

Flaws and missing paint apps like that are common. Don't worry about it.

Totally did! Haha. That's why I'm asking.

Edit: I'm not sure this is one of the more common errors though, as I said. I checked -every- other Blazemaster and they -all- had the aforementioned paint app. So, perhaps this -is- a rarity.

If you -do- find one, let me know ASAP 'cause I'd really like to know how common this error is. - If this happens to be a rarity do you figure it'd be worth anything?

the value of it is hard to say, there are some collectors whom seek errors and such while most ppl see something like that and turn away as fast as they can. lol its all personnal taste I suppose. Me personally I would have grabbed that one and another one lol :)

Hasbro has no good QC these days, missassembled figures and sloppy paint is common

I'll disagree on that, figures with good QC outweigh figures with bad QC, in my experiences.

I would still pick it up, it's the best helicopter TF I've seen in quite a while.

Believe me, I nabbed it as soon as my shift was over. I'm just wondering how common this sort of thing is and what kind of worth I'm sitting on, right now. - Don't get me wrong, I'm not actively looking to get a huge return on my TFs, I just like finding these little one-offs and seeing how rare they are.

So, anyone else find this error or is it a one-off so far?

errors like this make the figures less desirable to well, everyone. there are maybe a handful of collectors out there that would want something like that.

Something like this is really unlikely to be worth much (if any) more than any other one you might pick up at retail.
