    ...and other too...

    They wrote on fb

"Confirmed display to be shown in Bot.con

*FMC Bumblebee statue (prototype shows in Singapore Cybertron Con before, but in color this time! You tube attached)
    *TFC ww2 combiner, & DW-TP01.
*Also, will show next TFC combiner partial picture on 28April.
*Hope PE-DX will be available too, not ganrantee...
*Will post PE exclusive picture on 30April :)
    "

This is from April 20, so definitely it's not a news :D  But I completely missed it... maybe there's someone other like me here :D

How are they going to show them off at Botcon? Won't they get confiscated because they're 3rd Party toys?

Even if it's a proto I think they'd be ok since they're not selling it. Either way, I can't wait!

I feel as though they are treading a dangerous line. I'd love to see this stuff but I am concerned for them falling foul of a vaguery aimed at what they intend to do.

Agreed 100% As much as I'm wanting to see the next big thing I can easily see this reveal + selling pre-orders of their 3rd party toy getting Robotkingdom bounced from Botcon at best. If nothing else with very few dealers bringing ANY 3rd party it could put RK squarely in the sights of Hasbro legal.

TFSource brought a ton of this Hasbro legal attention on 3rd party last year at Botcon, attention it didn't need. If RK is going to fly in the face of the rules Hasbro has laid down I forsee nothing good. The BEST thing anyone who likes 3rd party, including retailers, can do is to keep it out of Hasbro's crosshairs...SHUT UP ABOUT IT AND QUIT SHOWING IT OFF ON FRONT OF THEM....and DON'T BRING IT UP AT THER HASBRO PANEL

If they display preview fingers, I would hope that they are made of sand and turn to dust in the fingers of Hasbro's heavies as they try to confiscate the display  .

This man is right! RK is playing with fire. Last thing we need is to wake the sleeping giant. If you love 3rd party stuff like I do you don't want it to go away I would just stop flaunting it in Hasbro face. Clearly they are on Hasbro’s radar.

Is RobotKingdom aware of the third party ban, even?

I want to see this news, myself, but it's a dangerous game they're playing. Even having the signup for the PE exclusive Kingbat seems dangerous.

I would be perfectly fine seeing this on Facebook. Let Hasbro do what they want with their official convention and don't try to piss em off.

I'm pretty sure they can legally bring it to the convention as long as it isn't called computron. As long as it's not for sale and doesn't infringe on Hasbro's IP (ie/ the name computron or technobots) then there is nothing they can do. From Hasbro's announcement they stated they can confiscate items that violate that policy, but I doubt a rendering of a design with no official TF name would be a target. Robot kingdom paid for their table like any other vendor. I guess that Hasbro maybe could try to confiscate the vouchers, but I doubt they will. Who knows though with all the shit that's gone on recently, amiright
