Does anyone know of a good base / display stand for this line? I don't want to order one because I'm not sure if they will fit properly. I ordered the Exia and the Crossbone X-1 from hlj and I realize now that I'm going to want some stands for them.

    Thanks!

There's a specific stand designed for these figures that's sold separately. Tamashii Stage, I think.

No, but why didn't you ask in the already existing Robot Damashii thread?

Ehh... I read that thread over, didn't see any discussion of bases and thought I would post a thread with the specific question. Chalk it up to spam I guess :)

Yeah I've read it. I was being sarcastic when I said spam - I don't consider asking a specific question about a specific sub-group of a specific toy line to be spamming.

What was most useless was the one guy chiming in without any useful input but to say there was already a thread. Then he posted again, then you posted twice. I am more inclined to call that spam than anything. What are you trying to do up your post counts? :)

    Again, thanks!

:V I don't see the issue. It's not like Gundam stuff gets many topics, surely not enough to clutter a board like this. In any case, as has already been stated, the Tamashii Stage display stands are perfect for Robot Damashii and any other light-weight mecha/superhero figures/kits of a similar size. Anything with diecast though is probably too heavy. The stands are nice and articulated, but they're designed to come apart pretty easy too, so they're not terribly sturdy in handling heavier figures.

Thanks for your reply delta. I took a look at those but I'm not sure if I like the 'wrap-around' part that goes around the fig.

I think I'll try a bandai 'action stand' (the crotch mount one) and see if that works.
