Roberto Orci and Alex Kurtzman really will not be working on the 3rd Transformers movie by the sound of it. They have been signed up for a 2nd StarTrek movie for about the same time (depending on who's version of the time frame you believe).

we already heard they probably wouldnt be writing and anyway star trek is coming out around the same time as tf2, so why would star trek 2 make any problem with tf3 if it was around the same time

Between movies and TV it's not like they don't have plenty of work anyway so I could see them being busy with another project and handing off Transformers 3 to a different writing team.

Good God, how do those no talent hacks get work?

Hollywood is all about who you know, and ZERO to do with TALENT. Roberto Orci & Alex Kurtzman are living proof.

    Get over it.

Turning Transformers from a kids cartoon into a massively successful film is no easy feat.

Considering that in their first treatment, they planned the TFs to be ALL MUTE (yes, they admitted this themselves...) and it took Hasbro's nudging to drop this... I can't believe they are still onboard.

I can't wait to see what happens to them after the new Trek movie airs, though. Trekkies are a little bit more serious of their franchise then us Transfans, and I bet most of them won't like what the due did to Kirk and co...
