40 MORE Of The Worst Rob Liefeld Drawings is the follow-up to their hilarious "The 40 Worst Rob Liefeld Drawings".

I recommend that you look at the pictures first, decide what's horribly wrong with them, then read the commentaries while looking at them again. My head hurts from laughing. If you're unfamiliar with Rob Liefeld, or if you missed it before, read part one first.

Reading the comments, it makes me feel like the guy's going through a horrific mental breakdown. I can't blame him, since Rob Liefield is a HORRIBLE artist, yet somehow keeps making money.

Man, what's with his backward c-shaped women? It's like something from the Exorcist.

Ah Liefeld at his finest. I remember the time Heroes Reborn came out, and me and my friends spent hours examining the numerous problems in his art. Gotta hand it to the guy though, he's really enthusiastic about his work.

I remember reading a column before where Karl Kesel (Liefeld's inker and writer on Hawk & Dove, mentioned that he used to fill in the hand and feet parts on Liefeld's art, more and more as time passed. I'm guessing Liefeld, didn't quite like drawing or working on such detail, decided to hand over the job to a veteran inker. Looks like when he moved on, he didn't quite learn the craft, and since he was such a hot artist (and most likely had other people working over his weaknesses) he just didn't bother anymore since people bought his work anyway.

I'm gonna be the odd man out and stand up for ol' Rob here. Sure his art is goofy and in no way proportional, but at least it's his. For every crazy, hernia-inducing grimace he's sitting there drawing each and everyone of those stupid little teeny tiny lines. His style might be wacky, but I've seen him at cons busting his ass drawing detailed sketches for fans.

In a digital age of blurring the lines between using "references" and downright tracing, at least Liefeld's crazy shit is his own work. We all bitch about how he keeps getting work (myself included), but somebody must be still buying it if they keep hiring him. And to top it all off, Rob's got a sense of humor about all of this.

I gotta say, I thought his art work was badass when I was into comics. I thought he and eric larsen drew about the same and I loved both of their work. But McFarlane was it for me. he's the reason I got into spiderman. But hey, Rob is drawing comics, not potraits. LOL, those articles are funny as hell though.

I was going through the original list just now and had to stop when I got to Spidey doing the handstand on Juggernaut. My head started hurting from me trying to stifle laughter!

I'm down with Shib on this.

Its hilariously bad, but the dude has fun with the work and there nothing else like it on the shelves. Thats worth my money more then the indistinguishable mediocrity in 75% of big two comics thesedays.

Apparently he is just a super-nice guy and everyone loves working with him, even though he is only capable of churning out horse shit.

One has to wonder how he can have a wife with the way he draws girls in comics.

I don't think that really matters. He's a great guy in person, very enthusiastic about his work etc, and that's what really matters.

He actually proposed through a comic he drew if I remember right.

I do really admire his vision. It's art, and proportions are often not considered that much in art. Look at how much animation and comics feature characters with eyes the wrong size, noses without nostrils, etc.

Yea, I admit, I do admire his personality and his love for his work, just not his art. I mean, it's SUPPOSE to look realistic, not cartoonish. And even then, cartoons establish their own proportions, since it'd look weird if everyone was different sizes.
