Scavenger Hunt Pt. 2 Megatron was disappointed that the Decepticon escape pod didn’t hold a Decepticon, but was interested in Smokescreen’s statement about the Cybertronian relics when Soundwave reported the situation to the leader. “So Alpha Trion did send the contents of Iacon’s vault off-world. It is rather fortunate that we managed to get its database before the Hall of Records fell in destruction. Soundwave, begin deciphering what the Iacon Database holds. Who knows what long-lost treasures we could be reunited with.” Megatron said, and Soundwave nodded. Knockout had overheard what Megatron said and started to think what relics could’ve been jettisoned off-world. Smokescreen explained everything to Optimus as AP101 warmed up in the blanket she was given. “Alpha Trion knew that Iacon would fall, so he and I worked nonstop to send Class-A Decepticon weapons and historical artifacts to different places on this planet.” Smokescreen said. “What doesn’t make sense is how you came to Earth in a Decepticon escape pod.” Roadburn said. “When the Decepticons broke into the Hall of Records, I suffered a blackout and later found myself on a prison transport, where I managed to give a guard the slip and take the escape pod you found me in.” Smokescreen said. “Which you mentioned was long distance earlier and knocked you out like a light.” AP101 said. “Correct, kid. The next thing I know, I’m hitting solid ground and looking down the barrel of Roadburn’s blaster.” Smokescreen said. “The most likely explanation to your arrival was because the Decepticon pod became linked to the Decepticon warship here on Earth.” Optimus said. “Which guided it to crash-land near Hartford.” AP101 said. “But what has become of Alpha Trion?” Optimus asked. “I wish I knew, but that was the last I ever saw of him.” Smokescreen said. Optimus stayed silent to Smokescreen’s response, the AP101 said, “Wait a second, if Alpha Trion sent Cybertronian relics to Earth, wouldn’t he have made a database for each relic location?” “He did, and I happen to have a copy of the database right here,” Smokescreen said, and held up a transfer drive. “Are you sure?” AP101 asked. Smokescreen plugged the transfer drive into the computers, and the encrypted Iacon Database appeared on the monitors. “Prof enough for you, little lady?” Smokescreen asked. “Yeah,” AP101 said. “Okay, so we have the Database, but we need someone who can decode it.” Roadburn said. “I’m guessing someone other than Optimus. In the Transformers: Prime TV show, Optimus could decode it due to the fact that Orion was an archivist before he was a Prime.” AP101 said. “You are correct, AndreaPrime101. We’ll have Wheeljack have a look at the Iacon Database since he’s been known to decode any encrypted information.” Optimus said. “Yes sir,” Smokescreen said, then after Optimus walked off to talk with Wheeljack, he asked AP101, “TV show?” “Yeah, we humans originally thought you were science fiction since the 1980s, and we prefer it that way for anyone who still thinks that.” AP101 said. “I’ll keep that in mind.” Smokescreen said. “AP101, why don’t you give Smoke a tour of the base while I talk to Optimus about what we talked about earlier.” Roadburn said. “Sure, Roadburn,” AP101 said, and she took Smokescreen on a tour. “Sure, I’ll help decode the Iacon Database, Optimus. It’ll save Ratchet from the daily explosions of my inventions.” Wheeljack said to Optimus. “Finally, something we agree on other than the Ground Bridge!” Ratchet said. “Optimus, may I speak with you?” Roadburn asked. “What is it, Roadburn?” Optimus asked. “It’s about AP101, she’s going to college in Sioux Falls while her brother’s going to college in Madison.” Roadburn said. “I don’t see the problem with that,” Wheeljack said. “I do. AndreaPrime101 doesn’t own Roadburn’s vehicle mode, her brother does.” Ratchet said. “And I was wondering if a second guardian could be assigned to AP101 while I’m being Winston’s truck.” Roadburn said. “I will talk to the other Autobot about your problem, but we will not decide until the children are closer to their college departures.” Optimus said. “Thank you, sir,” Roadburn said. AP101 and Smokescreen were in the hangar with the C-17s when Smokescreen said, “You’ve been a bit gloomy since Roadburn went off to talk to Optimus. Is everything okay?” “Yeah, but I can’t help but think about what might happen when I go to Southeast Tech after highschool’s done.” AP101 said. “Is that an educational facility?” Smokescreen asked. “Yeah, most commonly known as a technical school, a college, or a university.” AP101 said. “You don’t have to worry about that, you got Roadburn. Right?” Smokescreen asked. “Not exactly. Roadburn’s vehicle mode is under my brother’s insurance plan when it comes to being a vehicle, and he’s going to Dakota State University in Madison. Southeast Technical Institute is is in Sioux Falls.” AP101 said. “Oh. Now I’m seeing the problem. Roadburn has to be your brother’s truck instead of your guardian for a while.” Smokescreen said. “Yeah, so Roadburn and I are hoping that we can get a second guardian assigned to me during college time when it comes around.” AP101 said. “If you want, I could be your guardian in college.” Smokescreen said. “Really?” AP101 asked. “Yeah. I could use some training in the field to get used to living here.” Smokescreen said. “Thanks, but college is still some time from now. We still need to graduate from high school before we go to college.” AP101 said. “At least we have a future suggestion then.” Smokescreen said with a smile. Soundwave finished decoding a set of coordinates and showed them to Megatron. “Excellent, Soundwave. Have Knockout and Breakdown investigate the area for the first relic,” Megatron said. Knockout and Breakdown were bridged to Russia, and eventually tracked the relic to Chernobyl. “Hm. This place is a disaster.” Knockout said. “And high in toxic radiation. It’s been this way for years.” Breakdown said. “Making our relic easy to get without any trouble from humans.” Knockout said, and the two Decepticons kept looking for the relic. Ratchet soon picked up Decepticon signals in Russia and said, “Optimus, we have some Decepticons in Chernobyl. They must be looking for something there.” “Yes, the first relic. The first decoded coordinates lead there.” Wheeljack said when he finished decoding the first set. “Then we must not hesitate to go after the relic as well.” Optimus said. “I’ll go to Chernobyl with Ironhide to get the relic.” Roadburn said. “Very well, Roadburn, but we will bridge you outside of Chernobyl to avoid high levels of radiation harming the humans.” Ratchet said. “No, Ratchet. Stratosphere will airdrop them near the location. The radiation could intensify in the Ground Bridge’s vortex, shout there be lower levels of radiation in the area, and cause the humans harm anyway.” Wheeljack said. “Fine, I’ll give Stratosphere the coordinates.” Ratchet said as Smokescreen and AP101 returned. “What’s going on?” AP101 asked. “We found the first relic in Chernobyl and Roadburn and Ironhide are going to get it.” Ratchet said. “Good luck, Roadburn.” AP101 said as Roadburn walked away. “Thanks,” Roadburn said, then walked out. “Aren’t you going to tag along?” Smokescreen asked. “No. Chernobyl had a nuclear meltdown that made everything in the meltdown’s radius a disaster and left high levels of radiation on everything. Humans can’t live there for another 20,000 years until Chernobyl’s toxicity disappears. At least, that’s what I learned in Chemistry when Mrs. Hamze was teaching the class nuclear substances and radiation.” AP101 said. “Oh,” Smokescreen said. “What she can tag along with is getting you a vehicle mode so you can keep a low profile on this planet. As Autobots on this Earth, we are robots in disguise.” Optimus said. “Sure. I’ll look for a suitable car for Smokescreen and teach him what high profiles and low profiles are.” AP101 said.
Scavenger Hunt Pt. 3 Knockout and Breakdown pinpointed the location of the relic and dug out a containment pod. “Let’s see what’s in here,” Knockout said. “Oh yes, please let us see,” a voice said, and the Decepticons found Roadburn and Ironhide. “Roadburn, nice to see you again,” Knockout said. “Hand over the relic and we’ll leave you with your dignity.” Ironhide said. “I think we’ll take the shred of dignity we already have,” Breakdown said, and the factions fought. Meanwhile, AP101 was on Google Images to look for a vehicle for Smokescreen. “GMC Sierra?” AP101 asked. “More Ironhide’s speed, isn’t it?” Smokescreen asked. “Now that you mention it, Ironhide’s vehicle is a GMC Topkick,” AP101 said, then looked up another car and asked, “Chevrolet Cobalt SS?” “Sure, if I wanted to look like a spider on the rear. Seriously? Is this the best you can offer?” Smokescreen asked. “No, but this is my general knowledge of cars,” AP101 said, then thought for a moment before snapping her fingers and going on Wikipedia. “What are you doing?” Smokescreen asked. “Looking up your TV show character, I think he has a vehicle you’ll absolutely love.” AP101 said, then found Prime Smokescreen’s alt mode and looked up the latest model for it, bringing a smile to the real Smokescreen’s face. Roadburn managed to ground Knockout long enough to open the pod holding the relic. “Uh oh,” Roadburn said. “Get away from that relic!” Knockout said as he got to his feet. “I suggest you stay away from it, too,” Roadburn said, then grabbed the pod and showed Knockout what was inside. Knockout knew instantly what the relic was when he saw the green fumes, the stepped back a little and said, “Tox-En!” “Careful, it’s contagious!” Roadburn said, then capped the pod and rammed past Knockout. “Ironhide, I’ve got the relic, let’s go!” Roadburn said, but before he and Ironhide could make a retreat, a squad of Eradicons ambushed the Autobots, allowing Knockout to grab the pod. Wheeljack was able to decode another set of coordinates and send a team to them when Ratchet noticed all the Decepticon signals that popped up. “Roadburn and Ironhide need backup,” Ratchet said. “Send in the new recruit, I’ve sent Arcee and Cliffjumper off for the second set of coordinates.” Wheeljack said as Smokescreen and AP101 returned to the room. “What’s up?” AP101 asked. “The Decepticons had an ambush ready and our team needs backup.” Ratchet said. “Send me in, Doc, I got my v-mode and I’m ready to roll!” Smokescreen said. “Absolutely not.” Ratchet said. “Come on, Ratchet! Everyone else is busy! Plus this is a perfect chance for Smokescreen to get some combat training in the field!” AP101 said. “All right, all right. But the fastest way to send back up is by Ground Bridge.” Ratchet said. “A good chance to test this,” Wheeljack said, then took a small device and stamped it on AP101’s chest. “OUCH! What the slag was that for?!” AP101 asked as she checked her chest for any form of bleeding. “For protection against radiation that harms humans. Has to be implanted on the chest for 100% efficiency.” Wheeljack said. “Okay, but if I become a female version of Iron Man or end up dead, Roadburn’s your problem.” AP101 said. Knockout uncapped the pod and carefully took the Tox-En out with Ironhide and Roadburn restrained by Eradicons. “Now, let’s see who wants a slow, toxic death first,” Knockout said as he broke off a shard of the pea-green Energon. “Think I’d rather suffer from Dark Energon than that, or at least the side effects of Synthetic Energon.” Roadburn said. “Hmph. Since you’re the one to talk, Knockout should poison you first,” Breakdown said. “Excellent idea, Breakdown,” Knockout said. “Not if I can help it,” a voice said, then Knockout was knocked over by a Lotus Exige S V6 that was white and blue with red double 38s on the doors. “Wait, Smokescreen?” Roadburn asked, and Smokescreen transformed to robot form and blasted down the Eradicons. Ironhide took on Breakdown and managed to make the Decepticon crush the Tox-En. “Tox-En destroyed, let’s go,” Ironhide said after Roadburn and Smokescreen avoided Knockout, and the three Autobots left for the base, but not before Roadburn set the Tox-En aflame for good measures of its destruction. “Tox-En? The only known Energon type that Cybertronian kryptonite?” AP101 asked. “Yep. I was surprised when I uncovered it in the pod.” Roadburn said. “At least we destroyed it before the Decepticons could give it to Megatron.” Ironhide said. “Knockout still has a shard of the stuff. At least we destroyed a huge amount of the Tox-En.” Roadburn said. “That’s good to know,” AP101 said as Smokescreen came out from his de-contamination bath. “Who’s next?” Ratchet asked. “Me,” Roadburn said, and was escorted for de-contamination as Arcee and Cliffjumper returned from their relic hunt. “Hey. What’s our second relic?” Smokescreen asked. “Armor. Crafted by Decepticons.” Arcee said, holding a circular object in her hand. “Looks like the Apex Armor to me,” AP101 said. “It is. It’s a Class-A weapon due to its durability and its ability to make attacks bounce off like a bouncy ball.” Smokescreen said. “How do you know?” Cliffjumper asked. “Alpha Trion had me study each relic before Iacon was attacked, but the only relics I don’t know about are the Omega Keys.” Smokescreen said. “The Omega Keys?” Ironhide asked. “I’m sure we can ask about them later. The best thing to do right now is focus on the current relics until we actually encounter the Omega Keys.” AP101 said. On the Decepticon ship, Megatron wasn’t too pleased with the small amount of Tox-En that Knockout and Breakdown brought back. “You only managed to bring back a mere shard?” Megatron asked. “Yes, Lord Megatron. The rest of the Tox-En was destroyed in battle.” Knockout said. Megatron looked at the shard and said, “Then we will save the shard for later use, such as the next time we encounter any human-paired Autobot.”
Plague Pt. 1 Roadburn and Bumblebee were fighting off Megatron and a squad of Eradicons for the third relic when Megatron struck Roadburn in the back. “Ow!” Roadburn shouted, and Bumblebee got Megatron attention by shooting at the Decepticon leader. “The relic is mine!” Megatron said, but after he defeated Bumblebee, the Decepticon leader found that Roadburn had the relic and was using it to make the Eradicons into lobbing balls. “A Polarity Gauntlet?” Megatron asked. “Hey Megatron, want to do some lobbing?” Roadburn asked, then used the Gauntlet to throw the new lobbing balls at Megatron, pelting the Decepticon leader into a rock wall. “Nice job, now let’s get out of here!” Bumblebee said, and the Autobots bridged out before Megatron got out of the mess he was in. “Enjoy the victory, Roadburn, while you still have time to live,” Megatron said as the Ground Bridge disappeared, then got a magnetized lobbing ball off and flew back to the Decepticon ship. When Roadburn and Bumblebee told AP101 and Kaitlin about the fight, the girls laughed at the lobbing. “I can so imagine that!” Kaitlin said. “Megatron, defeated by a squad of Steves in lobbing ball form!” AP101 said, and the group laughed. “Well, better get home so you two can get some rest,” Roadburn said before he coughed. “You okay, Roadburn?” AP101 asked. “Yeah, I’m fine.” Roadburn said. “You were hit pretty hard on the back. You probably got a mouthful of dirt from the fight.” Bumblebee said. “Yeah, probably,” Roadburn said, then the group bridged back to Hartford. The next day, Roadburn woke up to feeling under the weather and dizzy when AP101 came out and asked, “Hey Roadburn. Feeling any better?” “No. I feel sick and dizzy.” Roadburn said. “Can yo transform so I can scan your systems? Ratchet gave me a scanner just incase.” AP101 said. “I can,” Roadburn said, then transformed to robot form and sat down holding his head. AP101 got out the scanner and started to scan Roadburn for anything unusual, then found something in Roadburn’s back as the scanner beam turned red. “There’s something lodged in your back. I need a closer look.” AP101 said. “This is going to be embarrassing,” Roadburn said, then lied down on his side for AP101. “Some check ups are embarrassing, we live with them,” AP101 said, and got a closer look at the mysterious object. “Uhh... Roadburn, remember when you said Knockout had a shard of Tox-En?” AP101 asked. “Don’t tell me that he gave it to Megatron,” Roadburn said. “Yeah, and Megatron punched it into your back,” AP101 said, then called Ratchet and said, “Ratchet, we have a situation. A toxic situation.” Soundwave decoded three sets of coordinates when Laserbeak reported to him with a transmission, and the former reported both to Megatron. “So, three more sets of coordinates have been decoded, the first two of which had the Apex Armor and the Polarity Gauntlet. Send Starscream to the third set of coordinates. And what about the transmission?” Megatron said. “Ratchet, we have a situation. A toxic situation.” Soundwave played for Megatron, and the Decepticon leader frowned. “It would appear the Roadburn’s human was smart enough to find the Tox-En right away, but she should’ve been dead before that time.” Megatron said. “You were lucky to have found the Tox-En when you did. Roadburn was close to entering the paralysis stage of the Tox-En exposure.” Ratchet said. “How did it even get there?” Wildfrost asked as the Tox-En shard was disposed of properly. “Knockout gave it to Megatron, and Megatron punched the stuff into Roadburn’s back.” AP101 said. “And further analysis shows that in vehicle mode, the Tox-En was in the air conditioning system. Megatron meant to kill both of you.” Ratchet said. “But AP101 should be dead then. Why isn’t that?” T+C asked. “Wheeljack’s device! I was still wearing it when I left yesterday,” AP101 said, and showed them the Toxin Filter that was still stuck on her chest. “That must hurt when you’re sleeping.” T+C said. “No, not really,” AP101 said. “Ratchet, I’ve decoded a fourth set of coordinates. Have Wildfrost and Smokescreen come to the Ground Bridge for departure to New York.” Wheeljack said. “Bad idea without some humans to go with them. New York is one of the major metropolises that never sleeps.” T+C said. “No, absolutely not! I will not allow you or anyone else go on a relic hunt.” Ratchet said. “We’re the only people available to go since the military personnel here is busy already. Plus a form of military will attract attention that we don’t want.” AP101 said. Ratchet sighed and said, “Very well, AndreaPrime101 and TRANS+CRAZY, you may accompany Wildfrost and Smokescreen to New York, but be wary of any conflict that may arise.” Ratchet said. “Yes sir!” AP101 and T+C said, and the group were off.
Plague Pt. 2 Starscream was in the subway tunnels with a squad of Eradicons searching for the relic when his scanners picked up Autobot activity. “Autobots in the city, hm? We’d better pick up the pace if we want the relic to give to Lord Megatron.” Starscream said, then found that the relic was in a wall and had the Eradicons dig it up. Once the digging was done, an Eradicons gave Starscream the containment pod and the second-in-command opened it. “No!” Starscream said, and dropped the containment pod, which spilled out some multi-colored Energon in a crystalized form. “Cybonic Plague! The only known disease to have wiped out millions on Cybertron, Autobot and Decepticon. The slightest touch from the infected Energon is contagious!” Starscream said. Meanwhile, Wildfrost, Smokescreen, T+C and AP101 were tracking the relic’s signal when AP101 noticed Smokescreen about to step on a third rail and shouted, “Smokescreen! Don’t move!” Smokescreen halted as some electricity bounced to his foot, then he asked, “Why? What’s the matter?” “You almost stepped on the third rail. It carries the electricity needed to power subway trains. The slightest tap of it can electrocute someone to death.” AP101 said, and demonstrated that by throwing an old MP4 player onto the rail, causing it to explode with electrical shocks and land on the ground as a smoking mess. “Yikes. You humans can build some dangerous stuff.” Smokescreen said, putting his foot down on the ground next to the third rail. “Didn’t that MP4 player still work?” T+C asked as the group continued on. “It kept saying format error after an overnight charging,” AP101 said, and stepped over the fried MP4 player as the group moved on. The Autobot group soon found the Decepticons and the relic, but were surprised to what the relic was. “Oh no. Not Cybonic Plague.” Wildfrost said. “Cybonic Plague?” T+C asked. “A plague that was engineered in the Decepticon Biological Warfare Program by Megatron himself. He also had a cure for the plague which we ripped from the computers before destroying the program, and we used the cure to heal our infected troops before they could add on to the millions that were already wiped out by the disease.” Smokescreen said. “I think Starscream got spooked by the Cybonic Plague when he found it, I highly doubt that he grabbed the shards and dropped them on the ground.” AP101 said. “We’ll have to destroy the shards to prevent the Cybonic Plague from spreading on Earth. It could kill humans instantly and wipe out the entire Autobot group within a day.” Wildfrost said. “Lord Megatron, we’ve found Cybonic Plague in a crystalized form and there are Autobots in the city.” Starscream said. “Then why are you standing there and calling the ship? Bring it back at once!” Megatron said, but before Starscream could, Smokescreen and Wildfrost opened fire on the Decepticons. “Where you came from, I will never know, but the Cybonic Plague will belong to the Decepticons!” Starscream said, and fired missiles at Smokescreen and Wildfrost. While the Transformers were fighting, AP101 and T+C requested for an explosive with enough power to blow the Cybonic Plague. “We don’t have any explosive devices that can destroy crystalized Energon without sending shrapnel around, and since the relic is Cybonic Plague, I am not risking it!” Ratchet said. “We can’t touch it, or we’ll be dead or be spreading it around if we do survive contact.” AP101 said. “You must find an alternative way of destroying the Cybonic Plague safely. I am not going to put anyone at risk of another infection.” Ratchet said. “We could use the third rail, but the Cybonic Plague is nowhere near it.” T+C said. “We could direct a lot of the blaster fire to it,” AP101 suggested. “Or I can just take the Cybonic Plague and be on my way!” a voice said, and the girls found Megatron behind them. “Of all people who had to show up, it had to be Megatron!” AP101 said. “Run!” T+C said, and the two humans did as Megatron tried to crush them. An Eradicon risked getting the Cybonic Plague to stuff the disease back into its container, but Smokescreen eliminated the Eradicon before it could give the Plague to Starscream and before it could infect the two Autobots. “Focus your fire on the Plague!” Wildfrost said before he heard a scream and found T+C and AP101 running from Megatron. “Oh great...” Wildfrost said. “I’ll help the girls, you just get the Plague destroyed!” Smokescreen said, and rushed off to do so. “I’m afraid you won’t succeed, Wildfrost. And as I recall, you were neutral.” Starscream said. “That was the old me, Starscream, now I wear the Autobot insignia with pride and honor!” Wildfrost said, and fought Starscream. “I am fairly surprised you are alive, little one. You are harder to crush than one of your own Earth insects!” Megatron said, then punched the ground, but missed AP101. “and I’m surprised you know what a cockroach is!” AP101 said, and dodged another attack. “Why are you so desperately trying to get rid of her and Roadburn?” T+C asked. “That is none of your business!” Megatron said, then tried to crush T+C, but Smokescreen saved her before Megatron could kill her. “Smokescreen!” T+C said. “You two hide, I’ll handle Megatron,” Smokescreen said, and AP101 and T+C ran for safety as Smokescreen faced off with Megatron. Wildfrost was beaten away by Starscream, landing him in a position over the third rail of the subway tracks and close to the Cybonic Plague. “Ratchet’s going to be up my tailpipe for this,” Wildfrost muttered, then grabbed the Cybonic Plague and threw it onto the third rail, destroying the disease with an electrical overload. “No! Megatron’s going have my head for that!” Starscream said. “Why should I care?” Wildfrost asked, then transformed and started to flee. Smokescreen was having a little trouble with Megatron when Wildfrost called and said, “Grab the girls. The Cybonic Plague is destroyed.” “Time for me and the humans to take our leave!” Smokescreen said, then kicked Megatron in the face, picked up AP101 and T+C, and fled to Wildfrost’s position as a Ground Bridge opened for the Autobots. Megatron gave chase, but only found the Autobot Ground Bridge closing and growled. When the group returned to base, AP101 found Roadburn back on his feet with Ratchet beside him. “Roadburn! You’re all better!” AP101 said excitedly. “Even more better now that you’re back. Ratchet told me you headed to the Big Apple.” Roadburn said as Smokescreen and Wildfrost transformed to robot form. “Yep. Saw the subways, found the relic, and was attacked by Megatron.” AP101 said. “Why am I not surprised?” Roadburn asked. “And the Cybonic Plague is gone. Wildfrost took care of it.” Smokescreen said. “You bet I di-” Wildfrost said, then coughed and felt woozy. “You okay?” Roadburn asked. “don’t tell me you touched the Cybonic plague to destroy it, did you?” T+C asked. “I’m sorry,” Wildfrost said, and revealed Cosmic Rust on his hands where he touched the Cybonic Plague. “In the med bay, now. I’ll whip up the cure,” Ratchet said, and the two hurried to cure Wildfrost of the infection. “Just when we get one back, we temporarily lose another to a disease.” AP101 said. “At least he won’t die, right?” T+C asked. “Don’t worry, we’ve had the cure long enough that Ratchet memorized it. Wildfrost will be out in a click.” Roadburn said, and T+C smiled.

Power Pairs Pt. 1 Wildfrost was cured of the Cybonic Plague and was doing a small evaluation for Ratchet with Roadburn, T+C and AP101 watching. “Follow the light,” Ratchet said as he pointed a light at one of Wildfrost’s optics, and the Autobot did as he was told. “Good, now with the other,” Ratchet said, flashing the light into Wilfrost’s other optic, and the Autobot did well just the same. “Good. I wouldn’t advise anything strenuous, Wildfrost, but your systems have fully recovered from the Cybonic Plague. I’m surprised it spread fast in your systems to begin with.” Ratchet said. “I was trying to get away from Starscream.” Wildfrost said. “Megatron was there too, and seemed to put most of his focus on AP101. Question is why?” T+C asked. “He knows I’m with Roadburn and that Roadburn’s one of the strongest Autobots around. I think he’s labeled us as a power pair.” AP101 said. “We do work well with each other, together or separate.” Roadburn said. “Yeah, that’s true,” AP101 said. “And isn’t it true you have an essay to write?” Ratchet asked. “Oh scrap! That Marijuana Essay! I completely forgot about it!” AP101 said. “Then let’s get home so you can work on it.” Roadburn said, and the group dispersed. The next day as Roadburn and Bumblebee were looking for relics, AP101 and Kaitlin went to school like normal, but AP101 found herself falling asleep during some of her classes. During her Open, the resource room teacher found AP101 asleep yet again and shook the girl awake. “Hey! Wake up, sleepy head!” the teacher said, and AP101 rubbed her eyes. “I fell asleep again, didn’t I?” AP101 asked. “Didn’t you get some sleep last night?” the teacher asked. “I was working on my essay last night, but didn’t really make a dent in it.” AP101 said. “Then you need to take a break from helping the Autobots with their fight,” the teacher said. “Try telling that to Megatron, too. He’s been gunning for me lately.” AP101 said. “Just worry about your essay right now, then I’ll let you have a nap for the rest of the day,” the teacher said, and AP101 did until the essay was finished. When AP101 got home, she went to bed and fell asleep as Roadburn returned. “Yo, Roadburn!” Spy Shot said. “How’s AP101?” Roadburn asked. “Extremely tired. She went to bed right after she got home.” Spy Shot said. “I guess going on missions with other things gets really tiring, doesn’t it?” Roadburn asked. “It does. In fact, she fell asleep in most of her classes.” Spy Shot said. “Maybe we should keep AP101 at home until things get straightened out at school first, then get her back in the field after she’s caught up with everything.” Roadburn said. “That’d be a good idea,” Spy Shot said. Megatron was starting to get fed up with the string of failures from his troops as he said, “This is unacceptable! The only relics you managed to get your hands on are the Shield Generator and the Immobilizer!” “To be reasonable, Lord Megatron, the Autobots have only the Apex Armor and the Polarity Gauntlet. The Tox-En and the Cybonic Plague have been destroyed.” Starscream said. “All because of your arrogance of not bringing the Cybonic Plague right here, and Knockout’s arrogance in trying to kill Roadburn and another Autobot on his own with the Tox-En!” Megatron said. “Our apologies, Lord Megatron,” Starscream said. “Because of your incompetence to successfully retrieve the first four relics of the six that were uncovered, I have decided to bring in Skyquake and Dreadwing to assist.” Megatron said. “The Decepticon Fighter Jet Twins?” Starscream asked, then heard Skyquake and Dreadwing enter the bridge. Both Decepticons were of the same size and model, only Dreadwing was blue, yellow and silver while Skyquake was green, red and silver. “Ah, Skyquake and Dreadwing, about time you two arrived.” Megatron said. “Please excuse our tardiness, Lord Megatron, but we had to travel from across the galaxy to reach this planet.” Skyquake said as he and Dreadwing bowed to their leader. “At ease, Skyquake and Dreadwing.” Megatron said, and the new Decepticons stood as Soundwave reported to the Decepticon leader about decoding another set of coordinates. “Excellent, Soundwave, we can have Skyquake and Dreadwing collect the relic.” Megatron said “Allow me to accompany them, Lord Megatron, as they don’t know Earth like we do.” Starscream said. “Very well, but if you get in their way, I’ll let them tear you to scrap.” Megatron growled at Starscream, and Starscream, Skyquake and Dreadwing headed off for the coordinates. Wheeljack had decoded the same coordinates and sent Roadburn on a solo mission to recover the relic. “Let’s see what we’ve found today,” Roadburn said, then found the relic’s pinpointed location and dug up part of a handle. “A handle?” Roadburn asked, then dug up the length of the handle until he found a hammer head. “The Forge of Solus Prime! One of the only items that can be activated by a Prime! I have to get this to Optimus so he can get it in our relic vault for safe keeping.” Roadburn said, then tried to lift the Forge out of the ground. Two Lockheed Martin F-35 Lightning II jets flew overhead, making Roadburn look at the jets, then Roadburn realized what colors they were and growled “Decepticons!” Roadburn prepared to fight when the two jets returned, then the jets transformed to Skyquake and Dreadwing and landed thirty feet away from the Autobot. “Looks like Megatron got two more troops for relic hunts.” Roadburn said. “You must be Roadburn, the Survivor of the Nova Cronum Ambush. Such a pity you weren’t destroyed.” Dreadwing said. “You’re going to wish you never said that!” Roadburn said, then pulled out his blaster and started to shoot at Dreadwing and Skyquake. Skyquake jumped into the air as Dreadwing pulled out a sword and deflected the blaster fire, then Skyquake pulled out a machine gun and shot at Roadburn. Roadburn was hit by the line of fire and slid back a bit from the impact of the bullet storm, then Dreadwing landed a blow to his side. Roadburn fought with Dreadwing while Skyquake lifted the Forge out of the ground, but was defeated when he was struck in the back by Skyquake’s use of the Forge. “Excellent work, you two. Not only do we have a power pair, but we have the Forge of Solus Prime.” Starscream said, coming to congratulate the Decepticon Twins. “Too bad it won’t work for you, Starscream, it can only work with a Prime,” Roadburn said. “I know how it works! At least it will be out of Optimus Prime’s grasp. Imagine Megatron’s appreciation when we return with a weapon of the Primes and hear a notorious enemy has finally been defeated.” Starscream said, then struck Roadburn in the back near the Spark, making the Autobot yell out. “Commander Starscream to Decepticon Warship, requesting a Ground Bridge at my coordinates.” Starscream said, and the Decepticons left with the Forge of Solus Prime as Roadburn started to leak out fatal amounts of Energon.
*dusts off the thread* Wow, long time. Sorry for the lack of stories here, I've been busy and side tracked from writing more of these stories with what's been going on. I'll try to put an end to the hiatus.
Finally after so long! Power Pairs Pt. 2 AP101 and her sisters were just getting home from school when Ratchet called AP101's cell phone. "Ratchet? I thought I wasn't supposed to be called in until I have my school work straightened out." AP101 said. "I know, but Roadburn's been severely injured in battle and is in the medical bay right now." Ratchet said. "What?! How?!" AP101 asked. "The Decepticons added two new fighters to their ranks and Starscream left the severe injury in Roadburn's back. We were lucky Roadburn managed to contact base." Ratchet said. "Well, what's his condition? Is he going to come out okay?" AP101 asked. "Only time will tell. I just thought you'd want to know since you're off duty right now." Ratchet said. "Okay. Thanks Ratchet. Let me know when Roadburn's up and rolling again." AP101 said. "I will," Ratchet said, then hung up. "Who was that?" Lacey asked. "That was Ratchet. Roadburn's… not feeling well." AP101 said. "Oh," Lacey said. "Come on, let's just get our homework and chores done," AP101 said, and the three girls walked into their house to do so. "We lost the Forge of Solus Prime?!" Smokescreen exclaimed after Roadburn was patched up. "Yeah, and Megatron added Skyquake and Dreadwing to his ranks for help." Roadburn said. "The Fighter Jet Twins," Wildfrost said. "And seeing how they were able to succeed, Megatron might send them into every relic mission from now on." Roadburn said, then winced as Ratchet connected a medical tube to his wound. "If you're done talking, I'd like to have Roadburn rest while he regains the Energon he lost." Ratchet said. "Sure thing, Doc," Smokescreen said. "We'll see you when you're better, buddy." Wildfrost said. "See you guys later," Roadburn said, then started to sleep. "What are we going to do with Roadburn in the med bay and the Twins working for Megatron?" Smokescreen asked. "We have plenty of other Autobots, they may not be like Roadburn, but they can help. And we'll find a way to best the Twins." Wildfrost said. "All right, and AP101 knows about Roadburn, right?" Smokescreen asked. "Yep. Ratchet was sure to call her after she got out of school." Wildfrost said. "Wildfrost, Smokescreen! Just the 'Bots I wanted to see!" Wheeljack said. "What is it, Wheeljack?" Wildfrost asked. "I've decoded a new set of coordinates for the next relic, I'm also sending Ironhide with you for reinforcement." Wheeljack said. "Considering what happened to Roadburn, that's not a bad idea." Smokescreen said. "Where do the coordinates lead?" Wildfrost asked. "The German country side." Wheeljack said. "Germany? I heard some of AP101's ancestry came from there." Smokescreen said. "Interesting. And hopefully we don't encounter German farmers while looking for the relic." Wildfrost said, then the two Autobots were joined by Ironhide before they departed. Soundwave soon decoded the same coordinates and showed Starscream. "Excellent, Soundwave. Lord Megatron, Soundwave has decoded a new set of coordinates. Shall we send the Twins recover the relic?" Starscream said. "Seeing as how they were able to recover the Forge of Solus Prime, it would be fortunate if they brought back another prize from the Primes. Soundwave, send Laserbeak as well, I want a live feed." Megatron said. In the German country, Smokescreen and Wildfrost pinpointed the location of the relic as Ironhide kept a look out for Decepticons. "Well, it's here, better start digging." Wildfrost said. "Why are most of our relics buried?" Smokescreen asked. "They were sent here long ago and eventually buried over the years. We figured you knew that." Ironhide said. "Nope. I'm still no very familiar with everything on Earth, not even it's history." Smokescreen said, then found the relic in its pod and pulled it out of the ground. "Bingo!" Wildfrost said. "Autobots!" a voice shouted, then the Autobot group found Skyquake and Dreadwing as Skyquake said, "Surrender the pod, and we'll let you leave with your lives." "No can do, Decepti-creeps! This relic is ours!" Ironhide said, then a fight ensued. "Not to shabby, for puny Autobots," Skyquake said. "Being puny is a good thing," Wildfrost said, then dodged Skyquake's punch and tripped the Decepticon up. "Especially against a big enemy like you," Wildfrost continued. "Wildfrost! Catch!" Smokescreen said, then tossed the pod to Wildfrost for the Autobot to catch. Wildfrost caught the pod, then tossed it to Ironhide to keep it away from Skyquake when the Decepticon got back on his feet. "I think I know this game. I think it's called Keep Away." Wildfrost said. "Never thought I'd play with the Decepticons," Ironhide said as he tossed the pod back to Smokescreen when Dreadwing tried to get the pod, then the tossing continued until Dreadwing used his sword to knock the pod off it's course and into Skyquake's hands. "Playtime's over, Autobots!" Dreadwing said as his brother opened the pod, then Skyquake pulled out a golden sphere and pointed it at the Autobot group as he said, "Especially if you want your Energon flowing through your veins." "The Energon Harvester!" Smokescreen said. AP101 was getting the last of her school work done when she got another call from Ratchet and answered to the medic. "What is it this time, Ratchet?" AP101 asked. "Smokescreen, Ironhide and Wildfrost need your help. The Decepticon Twins got their hands on an Energon Harvester and we can't send in reinforcements as long as it's pointed at our teammates." Ratchet said. "Can't T+C or Kaitlin help? I've still got a few things to do." AP101 said. "TRANS+CRAZY is busy at college and Kaitlin is away with family. You're the only person who can help them!" Ratchet said. "But how am I-" AP101 started, then thought and asked, "Do we still have the Apex Armor?" In Germany, Skyquake kept the Autobot group at bay as Dreadwing said, "The Energon Harvester may not be a relic of the Primes, but it can be a devastating weapon on Cybertronians if used for such a purpose." "You have what you want, just let us leave!" Wildfrost said. "That coming from a deserter of Nova Cronum. I knew you still didn't have the Spark to stay when you're facing strong enemies," Skyquake said. "What do you mean?" Ironhide asked. "It was I who led that Decepticon ambush at Nova Cronum, and it was such a pleasure killing all of those Autobots, even if two managed to escape." Skyquake said, making Wildfrost's optics widen. "We defeated one of you earlier today, and it will be pleasing to defeat the other," Dreadwing said, then grabbed Wildfrost and shoved the Autobot in front of Skyquake as he powered the Energon Harvester. "No!" Smokescreen said. "Stop right there!" a voice shouted, then everyone saw Roadburn approaching. "Roadburn?!" Wildfrost exclaimed. "How is it possible that you are alive?" Dreadwing asked. "That's for me to know and you to find out," Roadburn said as he stopped feet away from them. "No matter, at least we'll be able to have the pleasure of offlining both of you here and now," Skyquake said. "Hey! Before you do anything, I'd like to make a barter," Roadburn said, making Skyquake and Dreadwing look at him. "We're listening," Dreadwing said. "I am willing to give our relics over to the Decepticons if you allow my Autobot comrades to return to base, all alive and well," Roadburn said. "Are you crazy?!" Ironhide asked. "How will we know you won't go back on this offer?" Dreadwing asked. "You have my word," Roadburn said, then proved it by throwing his blasters down and raising his hands. Skyquake and Dreadwing looked at each other, then Skyquake shut down the Harvester as Dreadwing shook hands with Roadburn. "I'd like to shake with Skyquake to make sure you two don't go back on the offer either," Roadburn said, but when Skyquake reached for Roadburn's hand, Roadburn grabbed the Decepticon's hand and pulled him in for a head-butt, making the Decepticon drop the Harvester and stumble back. Roadburn grabbed the Harvester as the Autobot group got to their feet, but soon he and Dreadwing were grappling for the relic, ending with Wildfrost punching Dreadwing on the side of the head. "Big mistake!" Dreadwing said, then pressed a button on a remote, activating a bomb on Roadburn's back, and the bomb exploded as Wildfrost jumped away. "Roadburn!" the Autobot group said as Dreadwing and Skyquake smiled, but as the smoke cleared, everyone heard static and sparking as Roadburn was flashing. "What the-?" Smokescreen asked, then it was revealed that Roadburn was actually AP101 in the Apex Armor disguised as the hologram disappeared. "The Apex Armor? Worn by a human?!" Skyquake exclaimed. "Surprise, suckers!" AP101 said, then held the Energon Harvester in her hand and pointed it at the Decepticon Twins. "You may have out-smarted us with your impersonation, but do you know how to use such a relic?" Dreadwing asked, not noticing Wildfrost sneakily swiping Skyquake's sword off of the ground. "For it's real purpose, no, but for a distraction, yes," AP101 said, then Dreadwing started to question why until he heard an impale right next to him. "Brother?" Dreadwing asked, but Skyquake was unable to answer as he gasped, his body refusing to move as his Spark raced. "That was for Roadburn's and my team, you son of a glitch," Wildfrost said, then pushed the blade deeper into Skyquake's back to finish the Decepticon's Spark off, earning a cry of pain before Skyquake fell to the ground and leaked out. "Brother! You will pay for that, Autobot!" Dreadwing said, then started to viciously attack Wildfrost. Wildfrost managed to dodge the attacks Dreadwing threw at him before AP101 crushed part of the Energon Harvester, then the girl shouted, "Hey Dreadwing! Catch!" and threw the sparking Harvester at Dreadwing before it exploded, allowing the Autobots to regroup and escape through a Ground Bridge. Ratchet waited for the returning group, then was relieved that everyone returned safe and sound, including a dirty Wildfrost. "Thank the AllSpark you all are in one piece. What about the Energon Harvester?" Ratchet asked. "Gone. I crushed it to make it a bomb, allowing Wildfrost time to get away from Dreadwing after he offed Skyquake." AP101 said. "What?" Ratchet asked, then looked at Wildfrost. "It's true. Skyquake killed the team that had gone to Nova Cronum all those years ago, I decided to pay him back." Wildfrost said. "Well, at least another relic didn't end up in Decepticon hands," Ratchet said. "Is Roadburn okay?" AP101 asked as she shut the Apex Armor off. "Yes, and I told him of your plan." Ratchet said. "Was he mad?" AP101 asked. "No, just worried. You can put his mind at ease if you wish." Ratchet said, and both AP101 and Wildfrost walked to the med bay. On the Decepticon ship, Megatron was disappointed for the Harvester's destruction and Skyquake's death. "Today was a dark day, Dreadwing, for both you and the Decepticons." Megatron said. "That deserter killed my twin. It may not have happened if we weren't so arrogant." Dreadwing said. "Yes, Dreadwing, that is something to be agreed on, something that would have prevented the arrival of AndreraPrime101 and the loss of the Energon Harvester." Megatron said. "I vow on this day, Lord Megatron, that I will not fail you again and that Wildfrost will pay for his crime." Dreadwing said. "I look forward to seeing that in the future, Dreadwing," Megatron said, then walked off as Dreadwing sheathed Skyquake's Energon-covered sword and placed it in a safe.
Sector Seven's Return Pt. 1 "You killed Skyquake?!" Roadburn asked after Wildfrost and AP101 told him about their Energon Harvester excursion. "Yeah. Impaled him with his own sword smack-dab in the center of his chest." AP101 said. "Why? Not that I'm judging you or anything, but why?" Roadburn asked. "Skyquake led the Decepticon ambush at Nova Cronum," Wildfrost said, and Roadburn's optics widened, which the former noticed. "That's how I reacted, too. He and Dreadwing were about to drain me dry of Energon when AP101 came posing as you." Wildfrost said. "I'm even surprised that the Decepticon Twins even fell for the ruse. I thought for sure they'd ask for prof that I had the Autobot relics after I dropped a fake blaster." AP101 said. "I'd be more glad than surprised," Roadburn said. "All right, you two, Roadburn needs his rest now, plus you have school to get back to." Ratchet said. "I know. See ya later, guys," AP101 said, then bridged home after the Autobots said good-bye. "Frost, you do know that Optimus might talk to you, right?" Roadburn asked. "Yeah. I've been thinking about that ever since I got back." Wildfrost said. "T+C might talk about it as well, even with her focuses on college." Ratchet said. "That I do know because nothing gets past T+C's knowledge nowadays," Wildfrost said, then walked to the main hangar and was met by both Optimus and T+C, both looking at him expectantly. "You heard?" Wildfrost asked. "Yes, we have, Wildfrost. AndreaPrime101 has notified TRANS+CRAZY in the best interest of keeping her alert." Optimus said. "Well, I probably would've been too nervous to tell you two myself," Wildfrost said, and the three started to talk. "Revenge does not bring back those we have lost, and it does not change past events." Optimus said. "I know. I don't know what came over me. I guess when Skyquake confessed to the ambush, all the bad memories I've lived with for millennia just flashed in my processor and my judgement got clouded by anger and remorse." Wildfrost said as he looked toward the ground, then Optimus put a servo on his shoulder before he said, "There will be times that we regret, Wildfrost, and getting revenge only causes more regret." "I just…" Wildfrost said, but couldn't finish his statement as his servos formed shaking fists. "You're not alone, Wildfrost. There are a lot of people in the world who get angry and do things without thinking, including AP101. I heard from Roadburn that AP101 lost her temper almost all the time when she was a few years younger, then started to grow out of it with her Transformer toys and writing. Those things helped her see that she's not like the people who made her angry and that she's stronger than them." T+C said. "Maybe I should take a few pointers from her then," Wildfrost said. "A matter for another time, Wildfrost. Right now, I'm more concerned for safety matters, yours and TRANS+CRAZY's. Knowing Dreadwing, he'll be seeking revenge for the fall of his twin, so I will have reinforcements watch over you two for protection." Optimus said. "Well, at least they'll be giving AP101 a break, if Dreadwing doesn't have her on his bucket list of people to terminate." T+C said. "We will also have to keep an eye out for MECH. One of our scout groups was ambushed by a team of theirs during your skirmish in Germany and were lucky to come back all in one piece." Optimus said. "First Sector 7, now MECH? What's next, Sentinel Prime going rogue and bringing Cybertron to Earth?" T+C asked. "Don't jinx it!" Wildfrost said. May 18th, 2013 AP101 was nervous as she got her makeup done by her aunt and mother, then put on a graduation gown, the sash going with it, and her graduation cap that was decorated with the Autobot and Decepticon insignias in blue and red glitter glue. "You look beautiful, my darling," Angie said when she saw AP101. "I just can't believe that I'm graduating. I thought for sure that the Autobots and Decepticons would've held me back." AP101 said. "Well, we didn't! You look stunning." Spy Shot said. "Thanks. And I have a feeling that I'll never hear the end of Dad picking on Winston for this." AP101 said. "It was his fault that he's not graduating right now, not yours." Angie said. "I know, but I hate all the yelling and bragging that dad shoots Winston's way, and he's still unaware of the Autobots and what Winston and I have to do every now and then." AP101 said. "I can't exactly help with that, but I'm sure you can bear with it." Angie said. "She can, because she has me, Roadburn and Smokescreen." Spy Shot said. "That reminds me, is Smokescreen still willing to be my secondary guardian in college?" AP101 asked. "Yep. It's a good idea anyway since the Decepticons associate you with Roadburn." Spy Shot said. "True, but Knockout knows where Southeast Tech is, so it might be hard to fool him." AP101 said. "At least we'll fool the other Decepticons for a little bit." Spy Shot said. "Like we did Starscream?" AP101 asked, and the group laughed. "Oh, and T+C's graduating college today. I hope her ceremony goes well," AP101 said. "I'm sure it will, or is," Spy Shot said. T+C looked at herself in Wildfrost's side view mirror all ready for her graduation, then looked at her cap and said, "I should've decorated my graduation cap. AP101 showed me her decorations and they looked cool." "We can still get some stickers if you want," Wildfrost asked. "Nah, the ceremony would start without me if we did. And speaking of the ceremony, I hope it goes without a hitch. I mean, both sides have been busy with MECH as of late." T+C said. "Knowing MECH, this isn't like them. They usually don't cause so much trouble in so little time; in fact, they've distracted us from the relic hunts for four months." Wildfrost said. "So no one's been getting relics?" T+C asked. "Nope. Not even the Decepticons." Wildfrost said. "That's weird, knowing the Decepticons, they would've taken the advantage to get the rest of the relics while we deal with MECH." T+C said. "Maybe they were busy with MECH as well. That Silas guy will do anything to get his hands on Cybertronian biology and technology." Wildfrost said. "Wildfrost, this is Wheeljack, we've decoded a set of coordinates." Wheeljack said. "To a relic?" Wildfrost asked. "Yes, and it's near your location. I'll need you to go there right away." Wheeljack said. "All right, let me drop T+C off at her college for her graduation first, then I'll check the coordinates." Wildfrost said. "Do you have to go? I was hoping you'd be at the graduation ceremony." T+C said. "I was too, but we can't take any risks in losing relics." Wildfrost said as he arrived at the college. "All right, but you're going to make up for missing it." T+C said. "I know. I'll see you at the reception party." Wildfrost said. "Yeah, see ya." T+C said, then got out and entered the college to attend the ceremony before Wildfrost left to investigate Wheeljack's coordinates. Wildfrost arrived at the coordinates and searched for the relic's exact location, but found nothing and decided to contact Wheeljack. "Hey, Wheeljack, are you sure there's a relic here? I can't find anything." Wildfrost said, but got static and started to mutter, "No relic and a blocked signal? This is not good." In the brush behind Wildfrost, a MECH agent took aim to the back of Wildfrost's neck, then fired and stunned Wildfrost, causing the Autobot to fall to the ground and enter stasis. "MECH One to Silas, we've acquired the target. Requesting resources for transport," the agent said. "Good. Resources are on their way right now." Silas said, then the MECH Leader sent a transport to MECH One's location as another MECH agent said, "I told you that the one in Michigan was that gullible." AP101 was enjoying herself as best as she could when an old friend of her's came with his fiancé. "Zak!" AP101 said, and she and Zak shared a hug. "Hey Andrea. Congrats on graduating! How've you been?" Zak asked. "Thanks, and I've been great. Life's been exciting since you left," AP101 said, catching Roadburn's and Smokescreen's attentions. "With all the homework you had to do?" Zak asked. "Yeah. And who's your friend?" AP101 asked. "This is my fiancé, Maggie." Zak said, and Maggie and AP101 shook hands. "I hope AP101's friend doesn't think that she's lying." Roadburn said. "Why is that? He wasn't around when the school was attacked?" Smokescreen asked. "Nope. AP101's friend, Zak, graduated before AP101 and I ever met. She even said that she had feelings for him, but turned down being his girlfriend to focus on her studies and family." Roadburn said. "Oh," Smokescreen said. "Yep. And it looks like AP101 still has feelings for Zak, she almost looks jealous that he has a fiancé." Roadburn said, and Smokescreen chuckled. AP101 soon heard her communicator start beeping, then said, "I'm sorry, I have to get this," then walked over to Roadburn and answered the call. "AP101 here," AP101 said. "AP101? It's T+C, have you seen MECH around?" T+C asked. "No, I haven't. Have you?" AP101 asked. "No, but they took Wildfrost. Wildfrost went out to look for a relic on his own and when he didn't come back for my graduation reception, I called Wheeljack to see where he was, and he had no idea about what was going on." T+C said. "Are you saying that MECH hacked into Autobot Communication lines and sent him to a trap?" AP101 asked. "That's what Wheeljack found when he and Ratchet ran a diagnostics check on the computer systems." T+C said. "I doubt that I can leave my graduation reception right now to help. My mom invited family that I rarely see and I invited a friend that I haven't seen since his last visit to West Central in my Junior year." AP101 said. "Can you send Roadburn or Smokescreen to help me out?" T+C asked. "We'll have Smokescreen help. My dad would think something's up if he found Roadburn gone." AP101 said. "Okay," T+C said, then AP101 put the communicator away and said, "Roadburn." "T+C needs help finding Wildfrost, got it. Did you hear that, Smokescreen?" Roadburn asked. "Way ahead of you, I'm ready to roll!" Smokescreen said, then left Hartford to bridge back to base in a secluded area.
Sector Seven's Return Pt. 2 Wildfrost woke up strapped down onto a large metal slab with operating tools above his sides, then the Autobot started to struggle to get his restraints loose. "Where am I?! What's going on?!" Wildfrost asked, then saw MECH personnel walk out from the catwalks before Silas and a familiar face came into view. "You must be the head-honchos of MECH!" Wildfrost said. "My friend here is not, but I am." Silas said. "Silas," Wildfrost whispered. "We were lucky to drop in Michigan to make a temporary base of operations. Especially when one of our own knows where to find you," Silas said, and his friend came into full light for Wildfrost to get a better view of, and the Autobot's eyes widened. "Simmons?!" Wildfrost asked. "Ah, so you do remember me. Thought that you'd forget after all these years, especially since you shut down Sector Seven." Simmons said. "How did I shut down Sector Seven? That was the governments action!" Wildfrost said. "You and your human friend were the cases that shut the unit down. After what had happened with the Decepticons and the AllSpark, I was left with no job, no retirement, no nothing! People thought I was too crazed while I was searching for other jobs, but Silas here didn't. He found my knowledge to be useful for his organization and hired me right away to keep an eye out for you Transformers. I managed to find your allies and enemies out in California and posted a video on the Internet for Silas to see before you took it down. The only thing that I wasn't expecting was for a new Autobot to come with another human with him and a new human for Bumblebee." Simmons said. "The Universal Studios attack…" Wildfrost thought. "So now you know how MECH started chasing you and your kind, but I'm afraid you won't live to tell the tale. We plan to crack you open, see what makes you tick. You're the only recipient that we've been able to capture successfully alive, while others were already in the scrapheap, so we want to thank you in advance for your sacrifice." Silas said. "No! No, you can't do this! Simmons! Please! Let me go! The GHTA will give you a job! I know you've done good deeds for us! Please!" Wildfrost said. "I'm afraid it's too late for that, Wildfrost." Simmons said. "Open him up," Silas said, and MECH technicians started to work on Wildfrost, making the Autobot squirm and yell, "NO!!!" Smokescreen and T+C arrived at where Wildfrost was last detected to start their search for Wildfrost. "He was definitely here, these are his tire tracks and footprints." Smokescreen said. "There doesn't seem to be any signs of a struggle," T+C said. Smokescreen kept searching the ground for clues when he spotted another set of tire tracks and said, "T+C, more tire tracks, coming from and heading west." Smokescreen said. "MECH must be in driving range of the incident. If they knew someone else was coming, they would've just taken part of Wildfrost and left him for us to find. There probably wouldn't be enough time to load him into a net and carry him by air." T+C said. "Come on, let's get moving." Smokescreen said, then transformed, let T+C in the drivers seat and started to follow the tire tracks as the sun started to set. Back in Hartford, AP101 said her thank yous and good-byes to her family and guests, then started to get antsy when she had itches to scratch on her face. "Stupid makeup!" AP101 thought to herself as she patted the itchy spots, then Angie said, "The party's practically over, Andrea. If you want to get cleaned up and go, you can." "Really? Thank you!!!" AP101 said, then ran into the house and happily washed off the makeup. "Glad you can finally get the makeup off?" Spy Shot asked. "Yep. I couldn't scratch my face all day!" AP101 said, then dried her face and asked, "Any word from T+C?" "Nope. Not since she called earlier asking for help looking for Wildfrost." Spy Shot said. "I hope they're all right. And I hope Smokescreen doesn't get hurt. Plus it's kinda strange that MECH hacked into the Autobot Communications." AP101 said as she folded her arms. "Seeing as how human technology isn't that advanced, MECH may have gotten some help." Spy Shot said. "I know T+C told me that Sector Seven was real before the GHTA replaced it. It could be a former Sector Seven agent they kidnapped from his regular life, but I doubt there's anyone with all the knowledge of the Transformers." AP101 said. "Maybe. I'm going to watch the part in Revenge of the Fallen where Simmons returns working in a deli." Spy Shot said, then headed for the living room. "Simmons, Simmons, Simmons," AP101 muttered to herself, then realized something and said, "Spy Shot!" "What is it?" Spy Shot asked as he stopped by the couch. "What if Sector Seven had their own Seymour Simmons? In the movies, he knows everything there is about the Transformers, even the Seekers that had scoured the planet under the Fallen's orders." AP101 said. "Now that you mention it, T+C mentioned the name Simmons the last time we were talking about Sector Seven's unit." Spy Shot said. "We have to know for sure," AP101 said as she grabbed her communicator. Smokescreen and T+C had found the temporary MECH base when Ratchet contacted them. "T+C, do you read me? We have reason to suspect that MECH has former Sector Seven Agent Simmons helping them." Ratchet said. "Simmons?! That sleaze ball?!" T+C asked. "We believe so. Simmons is the only former agent that knows most about us. AndreaPrime101 figured since our comms were hacked, MECH couldn't have done it alone." Ratchet said. "Well, we just found where Wildfrost is being held by MECH, and by the flashing lights, it looks like they started digging into Wildfrost." Smokescreen said. "See if you can find a way to get Wildfrost out of there and apprehend Simmons for military arrest." Ratchet said. "The sooner, the better," T+C said before she put her communicator away, then witnessed Smokescreen get shocked into unconsciousness. T+C cursed under her breath before she was apprehended herself by a MECH patrol led by Simmons himself, then said, "Let me go!" "I figured you'd come to get your Autobot friend, Stacy." Simmons said. "Nice to see you too, Simmons. Why are you helping MECH?" T+C asked. "To get back at the cases that shut down Sector Seven. Let's see how you like it when you have nothing left to live for." Simmons said, then the MECH patrol took T+C and Smokescreen into the temporary base. Wildfrost was doing his best to continue to try to struggle when he noticed Simmons taking T+C to an interrogation room. "T+C!" Wildfrost said. "Wildfrost!" T+C said before she was shoved into the interrogation room and locked her in. "Let us go!" T+C said, banging the door with all her might. "Simmons, we are yielding excellent results from your old friend here. In turn, we are in debt to you." Silas said. "I told you that you wouldn't be disappointed." Simmons said as he and Silas headed for the computers. T+C kept banging on the door for another few seconds before she stopped and put her head against the door. "Just great. Wildfrost is going to die and Smokescreen will be next!" T+C said, then looked around the room to find nothing of use and said, "Looks like they learned from when they kidnapped AP101. Maybe I can still bust the door." T+C took hold of the door handle and started to use her shoulder to hit the door, but had no success. "Okay, that's out, and ow!" T+C said as she rubbed her shoulder. Roadburn, Winston and AP101 arrived in the Autobot base via Ground Bridge as Ratchet and Wheeljack were triangulating MECH's temporary base. "We got here as soon as we could." AP101 said as she and her brother got out of their Autobot friend. "T+C and Smokescreen have been captured by MECH and they've already cracked Wildfrost open. We've already started triangulating their base's location." Wheeljack said. "Looks like MECH's learned a thing or two since they took a whack at me a while back." AP101 said. "What can we do? It may be too late to do anything by now." Winston said. "Wearing the Apex Armor, you will draw out any patrols in the area, Winston," Ratchet said. "Me? Is it even wearable for humans?" Winston asked. "I wore it, didn't I?" AP101 said. "Roadburn and AP101 will go directly into the base and disrupt MECH's little science lab and free our comrades." Ratchet said. "We'll also have to destroy the data they've collected and arrest Simmons for what he's done." Roadburn said as he got his blaster out. Smokescreen regained conscious to find himself strapped down to a slab and saw Wildfrost next to him getting weaker and weaker. "Wildfrost!" Smokescreen said, then started to try to break free from his restraints. "Now to complete the research. Go straight for the heart," Silas said. "Any last words, Wildfrost?" Simmons asked. "Please… don't do this…" Wildfrost said. "I told you already, it's too late for that," Simmons said, then the MECH technicians started to inch a drill toward Wildfrost's Spark, but the computers picked up a signal near the base belonging to the Autobots. "Well, isn't this our lucky day? More Autobots to catch and torture." Simmons said. "All patrols, we have a bogie to the west." Silas said. MECH patrols headed for the west where Winston was located, then the boy started to lead the patrols away as he said, "I got their attention, you're clear." "Loud and clear, bro." AP101 said, then gave a thumbs up to Roadburn for the attack. "Just as thought, he's running," Simmons said. "If an Autobot and a human can't stand up to MECH, then neither can--" Silas started, but the doors started to get banged on before Roadburn busted through. "Roadburn!" Smokescreen said. "Let my friends go!" Roadburn said, then started to shoot at the tools surrounding Wildfrost, taking out the drill first. T+C heard the commotion outside the room and started to get her hopes up. "Reinforcements!" T+C said, then started to bang on her door and shout, "Hey! Get me out of here! Somebody!" As Roadburn was taking care of MECH agents, AP101 took an axe off of the wall as she heard T+C's banging, then found the door and tried to open it, only to find it was locked. "Scrap," AP101 muttered, then shouted, "T+C! Stand back!" T+C stepped backward before an axe head came through the crack of the door, taking out the knob's ability to latch shut, then the door was kicked open. "AP101!" T+C said. "We don't have much time! We have to destroy the computers and apprehend Simmons!" AP101 said, then the girls ran to the computers to find Simmons and Silas gone. "Go, I'll plant the bombs," AP101 said, then T+C ran off as AP101 started planting bombs. Roadburn freed Smokescreen and Wildfrost from their slabs, then helped Wildfrost up as he said, "I got you, buddy." "T+C… Where is she…?" Wildfrost asked. "We'll find her, but you need to get back to base right now." Roadburn said, then the Autobots started to exit the building as Winston was walking back to the base. "Winston?" Smokescreen asked. "They caught me, but when they realized I wasn't an Autobot, I knocked them out by throwing them on the ground." Winston said, making the Autobots look at one another. On the roof of the base, Silas and Simmons were making their way to a helicopter when T+C tackled Simmons and started to fight with him. "You won't get away with what you've done!" T+C said as she punched Simmons in the face, then Simmons threw her off and pinned her down near the edge. "I will, and there's nothing you can do!" Simmons said, then punched T+C until one of his hands got caught, finding it was cuffed to a pipe. "What?!" Simmons said, then was pushed off and clocked in the head. T+C looked to see Silas fly off in his helicopter before an explosion was heard beneath the roof, then found AP101 on the roof with the axe in her hands. "You blew the computer?" T+C asked. "Yeah, but MECH may have transferred some of the data to their main computers by now. You okay?" AP101 asked. "Just some bumps and bruises." T+C said as a Ground Bridge opened, then the girls saw Optimus and a military team come out and surround the area. "That Simmons over there?" AP101 asked when she looked at the cuffed man by the edge. "Yeah," T+C said as Captain Foster got to the roof. "Thank goodness you two are in one piece." Foster said. "What about Wildfrost?" T+C asked. "He'll be fine," Foster said as he put a hand on T+C's shoulder. AP101 looked at Simmons, then walked over to him with Foster and T+C in tow before she said, "Seymour Simmons, you are under arrest for kidnapping and divulging classified information. You are also charged for ruining T+C's graduation reception." Simmons just looked at AP101 before he was taken away, then the girls were retrieved by Optimus. "Thank you, Optimus," T+C said. "Yeah, thanks," AP101 said. "You have no need to thank me, girls, but now that you both are out of school, I believe that it's time that you start training to defend yourselves more efficiently." Optimus said. "I think you may be right," T+C said as she found blood coming from her nose. Once back at the Autobot base, medical staff attended to the humans as Ratchet worked on Wildfrost; T+C winced as her face was cleaned and bandaged with AP101 getting her hands wrapped after having splinters removed. "Stupid splinters… That's why I rarely touch wood and work on house projects requiring wood." AP101 said. "At least you got the better of things. I have a broken nose and a black eye." T+C said. "Yeah, but I know how you feel with the black eye, I had my first one as a newborn," AP101 said. "Really?" T+C asked. "Yep, premature births in a medical center bathroom have their perks." AP101 said. "I wouldn't be surprised if all of your exciting moments happened when you were a newborn." T+C said, then the girls giggled. "There you go, Wildfrost. You may endure some problems in vehicle mode, but you should be well enough to get back to Michigan without complication." Ratchet said. "Thanks, Doc." Wildfrost said. "I'm glad you're okay," T+C said. "Same here," Wildfrost said. "I think we all are," AP101 said. "I'm sorry about missing the graduation after-party." Wildfrost said. "It's okay, really," T+C said as AP101 started thinking, then AP101 snapped her fingers and ran out of the medical bay. "Where are you going?" T+C asked. "Just got one last thing to do!" AP101 said. T+C and Wildfrost looked at one another, then after a few minutes, AP101 came back and started to lead T+C and Wildfrost to the main hangar. "What's going on?" T+C asked. "You'll see," AP101 said with a smile, then the group got to the main hangar to see it decorated with graduation party decor. "Congratulations, TRANS+CRAZY!" everyone in the hangar said, then streamers, ribbons and confetti started to rain down. "What is this?" T+C asked. "I thought since I was able to make it to my graduation party, you should be able to get to yours too." AP101 said. "Thank you, AP101. Thank you so much!" T+C said, then she hugged AP101 as tears started to run down her face.
