It's not TERRIBLE like I thought it would be.....but it still seems like the robot mode is too big. I know the Dinobots are supposed to be huge but still. Who keeps their Dinobots in robot mode anyhow......LOL

 

I still have a hard time seeing what's so bad about classics grimmy. I mean I'm all for a new WFC/FOC voyager or ultra sized grimlock, but that's just because I like the different styles. I enjoy classics grimlock too for what it is, a newer spin on a classic character. I have MP grimlock if I want to look at that true G1 representation of him, classics grimlock fills a different void in my collection for me.

 

Reasonable, but I am just afraid to be lumped in with people who dislike it just because it's different. I hate it on a much more personal level, thank you very much!

I modified my Energon Grimmy to have better leg articulation, so I display him with my classics.

 

One of the Greatest characters ever? Your damn right he is. Especially for us Gee Wun lovers. How would he not be one of the greastest characters of all time? Grimlock is the antithesis of Optimus Prime, (who is THE greastest character of all time by the way) veiwing many of Prime's noble personality aspects as weakness. He is one of the very few desenting Autobot voices angainst Optimus' decisions. Grimlock shows no fear, he will stand toe to toe with Megatron & Shockwave and with his fellow Dinobots Grimlock will go up againist the likes of Devastator & Bruticus. He may not always win but he never backs down. And that speech pattern wether it is from an injury or not enough brain power, how can you not like that. And lastly Grimlock has the GREATEST line in all of Transformerdom, TF Animated while talking to Optimus about going somewhwere Grimlock says " Me Grimlock go with you, but Me Grimlock go with you, alone." Optimus can spew out words of wisdom all day every day and not even come remotely close to beating that line.

In closing I agree that classics Grimlock sucks and MP Grimlock is epicly awsome. And no, I am not Simon Furman.

 

What Grimlock is directly behind G1 Swoop's right wing & does Titanium War within Grimlock have much articulation?

 

Thats Dinopope. The PCC dinobot. but the color scheme and theme puts him with my dinobots. and Yeah WW Grimlock is great on the articulation side.

 

And if you mean Swoops right wing, then it's the energon grimlock. the two pack with swoop that combined.
