And omfg, describing it as awesome so doesn't do it justice. I really hope that it will influence tf4 - which brings me to my question - what do you think? should TF4 take after other movies like the avengers or should it stay true to its bay roots?

You kidding, man? The live-action TF films need to break away from Bay's influence.

TF4 should continue in the vein of Bay. TFReboot on the other hand...

It'll probably stay true to it's Bay roots, what with Bay directing it and all...

Bay should really take a hard look at the films and try to have them all banned like George Lucas did with the Star Wars Holiday Special and re-do the trilogy but with actual charecters and plot.

    Off Course that's all unrealistic.

Should it take after The Avengers? Only in the sense of being a well-made action movie will appropriate humour based on performances, rather than balls or humping, then yes. Definitely. But that's probably not going to happen with the way these movies have been turning out. If anything, Bay will strive to make TF4 that much more bombastic and epic than The Avengers. That's probably the only thing that TF4 will take from this, unfortunately.

No disrespect to other countries but I say if the movie is created from a U.S. Based company, it should get a release here first. You dont see Japan or Germany or any other countries releasing their home based movies over here first do you?

You generally don't see German movies getting a release anywhere.

youre right, but my point is If its made here, we should get to see it first. Not trying to sound like a baby but the U.S. as a whole caters to the world more than it does its own people.

So it basically boils down to a sense of entitlement. As expected.
