    MISB complete.

And be aware I quoted in NZD so converting to USD that would equal about $203.87 USD

lol That's actually even better! I can't remember the exact price I paid for mine, but I'm not sure that's even half of what I forked out. Awesome price either way.

Omega Prime is just about one of the greatest TFs ever. Ultra "legs" Magnus ain't so bad himself. Totally worth it.

He's cool man. These are the only two figures from this line that I own, but they are really cool. Get it dude. (I haven't taken any pictures in the Supah Cleah Thread, but I check it quite often for your pics, they rock!) You behind a camera+Omega Prime=pure win.

    Thank you Cyclonus.

And yea, you've all really sold me. If I can find one for around that 40 shipped range, I'll be all over this.

Here's an option for you. You can buy the Takara reissue for $45 from Toy Arena.

he's worth getting, even if you do not want omega prime, he's a pretty cool transformer, and one of the few ultra magnus' that was actually designed to BE ultra magnus.

so he's got one thing that the g1 toy does not :lol

he's a pretty cool toy too. looks really great with the auto-bro cars in it. it's only down side is that he is basically a parts former.

but he's a pretty cool one. and if the 60 is too much for you, you might want to look into getting the korean or the japanese version of the god magnus toy. bbts had him not too long ago for only $22.99.

ps. i also recommend one of the master swords to go with it! :)

It sucks on its own save for the alt mode... Omega Prime is great... but it's humungous. It's also certifiably a brick since it's so damn heavy and the leg joints have a tough time holding it up. So you're really stuck with very limited posing. I love how it looks though.

I have the Japanese version and he is definitely one of my centerpieces! I lost the original us RID release in a move. He was boxed with my rid figures. I just tell myself that somewhere a kid is playing with all my rid toys.

One of my all-time fave figures. Mainly due to vehicle mode, actually. :)  Well worth it for Omega Prime if you already have Fire Convoy.

RID UM has been on my list to buy for a long while. most if not all of the Optimus Primes i own that have some sort of combiner mode have his counterparts except my RID Prime. i just keep pushing him back for other buys. glad others have the same questions about him! he's moving back to the top of the list.

Nice. I might have to take this up. Are the colors the same?

Nice. That'd be an awesome price to pay! Btw, do you mea those perfect effect swords?

Thanks. This is exactly what I was looking for. The posability. I appreciate that honest answer. It makes me know I'm not wanting to spend more than 30-40 on him.

haha. I'm sure they're loving them though!

Yea, the vehicle mode looks great. Any non-prime repaint Magnus is win to me, and this one hits it. Just looks like it makes for some long legs.

I'm in the exact same boat. Everytime I say I'll buy him, I don't! Something ALWAYS pops up.

Thanks for the feedback guys. It's really appreciated.

Hmm, so maybe this means the value of RiD toys is going back up? I basically have all of them sitting in boxes (opened)... now maybe I can sell them off and get some money to put into some G1 figures.

He's a great figure. Him and RID Prime were 2 of the first non G1 TF's I bought when I got back in2 collecting in 2003. Was easy 2 pick up back then.

I would love to see Magnus and Prime re-released and repainted as Motormaster and Nemesis Prime respectively and have them combine into Menasor.

A Motormaster repaint of RID Magnus would make my millenium.
