I started this discussion early because so you guys can guess what is going to happen in this episode. So just leave comments for what you think this episode is going to be about.

Season 3 won't air until 2017.

The 6 episodes that have been airing is part of season 2.


That is why I didn't name it S3 E5.

 

My guess is that the Autobots and Minicons will have to decide if each other are worthy of trust, while Starscream struggles to make the Dark Star Saber consider him worthy of its power. The former will be achieved when Sideswipe apologizes to Fixit, Slipstream, and Jetstorm, who will all forgive him, and their friendship will show Aerobolt's Minicons that their two kinds can work together, and form bonds. The latter will probably play a part in Screamer's downfall.

 

Well here in the U.S. we have already started season 3

 

My prediction thingy.

We all seen Starscream's ship (I'm calling it Not-emisis) leave back in "Mini-Con Madness". Either they are going to orbit Earth or... they will leave it.. perhaps to hunt someone down. I don't want to say anything more about it though. I don't want to get my hopes up nor do I want to possibly spoil it.

 

Well I live in the US and Season 3 is actually Combiner Force. People get confused about that, the (rumored) TV Event(the 6 episodes that have aired in Canada) that will happen in the US is actually Season 2.

 

I still hope Starscream's exaggerating about Skylynx and Darksteel's death  

 

Not only did season 3 not start in the United States, the last part of season 2 hasn't started yet either.

I can imagine how it ends but I do hope that this isn't the last we see of Starscream. Mainly because I still really want to see him and Steeljaw team up.
Just feels like it would be a waste to bring him back, heck with a new design and never use him again. I know Jazz has yet to return and same goes for Ratchet, but I really feel like it would have been pointless to give Starscream a redesign if they only wanted to use him once. Heck Soundwave didn't even get a redesign, yeah I know the plot reasons why but you get my point.

 

When in 2017?. March?. Will it be just 6 episodes?.

My hope is they keep Star Scream as the villain and the focus of Season 3, love the way they portray him in this series vs Prime. Focus less on the mini-cons and live up to the name SEQUEL!!!!.

 

This is a sequel to Prime, it's almost a given a lot of things are usually one shots just cause.

I have no idea how the rest of this season is going to play out.

It'd be nice if Starscream stayed around for the rest of the season at least, even if he's defeated in the next episode.

 

RID claims to be a sequel to Prime, but really it plays closer to a spinoff.

 

- We don't know when in 2017, but probably reasonably early, like season 2 was this year.
- No, it's a full season, which likely means 13 episodes nowadays.
- We already know from the official synopsis that the lead villain for season 3 is going to an as-of-yet unrevealed Decepticon combiner.

 

You could say that. The basic thing is that Prime and RiD are connected. RiD happens some years after Prime.
I do really want Prime characters to return in Combiner Force, be they Autobot or Decepticon.

 

What is the Source of this information, Please?. So, Scream is done for? or will sill be around?
Are they doing what Prime did with beast Hunters as a final season for RID?

 

I would say they are connected then calling it a sequel, your right. I still hope old characters make an appearance. Arachnid and Shockwave were never captured. No one knows what became of the humans.

Not sure how I feel about Bee and company being combiners.

 

I am still glad that it's like RID is continuing Prime since the show felt like it had a cliffhanger and didn't end very well. Nice Job Hasbro 

 

Guys just to clarify the confusion. The 6 episodes (starting with History Lessons) is not part of Season 2. This is a separate TV event which will air in the US soon. Season 3 is Combiner Force which is separate from the episodes we're getting now. The TV event was falsely printed as both Season 2.5 and Season 3 in Canada.
