ever since I first saw rts jazz i felt i had to repaint him in to ricochet and with the bis set so cheap he even gets his target master. which fits seeing as his g1 self i believe had the same targetmaster as cyclonis. and this my first custom im done but not my last, im loving my new hobbie. thanks goes out to nemesis prediking for all those vids i watched of his for tips and what not

I'm surprised that this hasn't been done sooner. I bought an extra Jazz just for this.

About time! I also got another Jazz and an extra BiS nightstick to do this. Was kinda holding out to see if an official repaint got done, I've been waiting to see one done. Looks killer man. I'll guess I need to actually do mine now. The green accent really pops, nice call on that.

Question: how did painting the head go? It looked to me like that kind of "unpaintable black plastic" and whites already a pain to work with, but yours looks really clean. Am I being paranoid or did you have some trick to get it that nice?

Not half bad, and as Satomiblood mentioned, I'm surprised we haven't seen more of these by now. Similarly, I want to get an extra Jazz for this once someone round here actually stocks it. :p

lol! I know exactly what you're talking about. I saw some this weekend at a craft store with my wife and joked about getting some to cut out to put on TFs. I guess it works. I need to listen to my own wacky ideas more often!

I for one would humbly suggest Truncheon, since that's what he was designed for... ;)

    Agree on both counts.
Glad somebody had the time to do one. It looks good.

my only worry was if i didn't like it and removed it there would be either residue or many layers of paint coming off. if u do use the tape use a really sharp and new blade. that stuff is hard to cut just right

Great first attempt. Gotta say though that the roof being gold and that red trim is really throwing it off for me. I like the green and his Targetmaster looks super clean. The rest of the paint job is a tad thick in places and the flame on the hood could be improved.

All in all though it's a great start on a new customizing hobby, welcome to Radicons. I know a lot of us were thinking about doing this character but yours is the first I've seen, kudos to that my friend :thumb
