Not sure if this is news or not, but found this on TVShowsonDVD.com. It won't let me quote. It says that with SonyWonder closing it's doors, a re-release of the G! cartoon that they had the rights to is in limbo. So Rhino will be re-promoting the TF shows they have the rights to, which include Beast Wars and Armada. They aren't saying they may re-release them, just repromote. Probably not news, but I suspect that since some of the volumes are hard to find now, they may reissue them, along with Beast Machines.

I know they don't have the rights to Robots in Disguise, but do they have the rights to Energon or Cybertron?

No, Paramount has the rights to those 2 shows.

Also, every indication I have seen from different places seems to point to them not re-releasing their shows.

Paramount never released RiD on DVD in the US in the first place, and releasing a 2-episode DVD of Cybertron only counts as an actual "release" by technicality in my book.

Paramount doesn't have the rights to RID. Disney does. Paramount has the rights to Energon and Cybertron.
