For starters I've never found anything at a garage sale before today. My wife went out early today and told me she got me a Moss Man. Well, when she came home it was with 2 stuffed 1 gallon bags with all sorts of action figures from 1978-1985. My jaw hit the floor. She then said they had a few other bags and toys. We packed the car and headed out. Mosquitor is GEM mint and he was complete...Awesome I pity da fool. Grizzlor is mint (my friend Randy @ primetoystore.com hooked my up with the gun... THANKS). Thanks again to Randy for Hulk's pants. Boray is another mint toy. Next to him out of frame is some bendy Thor type toy. This looked neat and it was $2 and complete and mint. A big ceramic ET for $1 The bag of stuff is an almost complete set of parts for a GI Joes train set, and the parts can get pricey. Total cost: $1.50 The big bulk of the action figures were $9 total. The Rhino is complete and was $1. The other MASK vehicle- also complete- $.50. I also found a set of old-school ceramic Sesame Street figures for $.50/piece (sorry no pics). I got the Alt's for $1.50 a piece, and just missed out on a nice cheap lot of TF's from Armada-Cybertron. Congrat's if it was a boardie who was picking them up while I was there (thanks for sparing the Alt's.). Anyone know what the green gun is by the He-Man's?
Some nice finds in there. That gun is from a GIJoe vehicle... Can't remember which one off the top of my head... I think one of the Dreadnok ones. Edit: part appears to be from the Swampfire vehicle.
"Dear diary: Jackpot!" Loving all that stuff! And in such great condition too. So many memories from back in the day. "Ma-ma-ma-ma...MASK!" That Rhino is awesome, all I had as a kid was the green motorcycle guy which you've ALSO got there!! Visionaries too? The awesome never ends. BTW I even had that Pac-Man thingy you got there, use to love that little guy. Wind him up, his feet "walk" and his month chomps away.
That is a mighty impressive find! if you want to sell the dukes of hazzard figures (and some other stuff too,) shoot me a pm and what you'd be willing to sell them for, also I had no idea that was mosqutor's weapon, i've had it in a bag for ages!
I'll hit you up if I decide to sell. I've never had a Roscoe, and not sure yet if I want to part ways yet. Whoever got the TF lot I missed by seconds scored HUGE. So many bots from Armada-Cybertron that were mostly complete. $.50-5 a piece (Unicron and Omega Supreme cmplt were $5). Guy got a steal. I'm just glad I got some cheap Alt custom fodder. I can find newer bots every now and then, but the other older stuff I barely see at all.
