I'm thinking of preodering Hot Rod but I'm curious what is the difference if any between Revoltech and those other PVC figures Japan made already called Heroes of Cybertron (or was it Legends of Cybertron can't remember which sorry). I already have the Hot Rod and Rodimus PVC from that and if it's just the same thing in different packaging I don't want to order it again under a different name. Does anyone have any info that could help me out so I can make my decision?

The Revoltech figures and the HoC line are made by two different companies... They are action figures with 'revoltech' clicking joints so they are pretty poseable and they are around basic TF size.

These are completely new. The Revoltech joints are very good and have a great natural range of poseability. You should be able to pose Hot Rod any way to match any pose he struck onscreen.

Cool! Thanks for the help everyone. I didn't realize they were super posable. I think I am going to get this after all.

Agreed. I have two and I think they are the best non transforming action figs on the market. And they always come with a gang of accessories.
