Well im back with another Revoltech custom. This time Ironhide, he is made up of Hotrod’s head, Starscream’s shoulder and arms and Megatron’s chest, waist, legs and feet. My main reference was my HOC Ironhide figure.
I’m verry happy with the final result, I couldn’t be happier, up next will be Ratchet, but since I don’t know how to cast I have to do all the hard work all over again. Once hes done I will go back and redo Perceptor since im no longer happy with him.
Also still working on his gun so that will be complete soon.

    Here he is enjoy.

So nice and smooth and clean. Man you have really nailed it with the Revoltech Transformers customs. I'm loving them all.

THAT is perfect! One of my first serious custom projects was a Animation-Model (non-transforming) Ironhide. It unfortunately died in the molds, but seeing your custom PERFECT what I was attempting just warms my heart :)

Love it. Man, Kaiyodo needs to get off their asses and make more TF revoltechs. But until then, I'll just drool over yours.

Looks amazing. So clean. Revoltechs are the only non-transforming TF's I like and yours are great!

You should really have those cast! Casting isn't much work, if you read the tutorials and start casting you'll have the technique mastered in a week or two!

Slick work, man. I think you could have made the head have a little more of a helmet look, though, but it's awesome nonetheless!

I wonder what happened to that custom kit that was being worked on by the group who made the UMagnus, Soundwave and Shockwave kits.

That looks amazing. You do great work. I would love to have that Ironhide. You should do commissions. I would love to get one (and a Ratchet too).

Thanks everyone for the kind words! means a lot to me

wow thats probably one of the nicest comments i have ever had thanks man, makes all the hard work worth it in the end, hopefully the next revoltech will be just as good

Thanks man, i did borrow a few ideas from your Ironhide and Ratchet, and it might look better than yours but nothing I do will ever look as good as your Revoltech Prowl which is my all time favorite Revoltech custom! i just love the look of him (will try and make him one day)

Just out of curiosity, what material are you sculpting on the revoltech with? I m wanting to start making a few revoltech customs, but I am unsure of what material will bond with the plastic.

I mainly use Styrene Sheets and Aves Apoxie Sculpt both are great for customs and work great on revoltech customs

Awesome, thanks for the tip. I will likely start on mine once I finish my current custom.
