RTS Jazz. He's not large for his size class in either mode, but the difference between the two modes is pretty big, or at least seems that way.

 

TFTM Incinerator has a big plane, but small robot. Same goes for RTS Outback.

 

I was thinking of posting him earlier, but didn't. There isn't really a wow-factor to his transformation, and while tall, you see he's a bit thin and stretched out.

 

Leader Sentinel Prime. he always feels small in alt mode to me.

 

G1 Optimus Prime to an extent, at least if you don't count the trailer.

DOTM Top Spin. Car mode is a teeeeeny bit larger than most of the DOTM deluxe cars (which are SMALL) but he unfolds into a pretty tall deluxe 'bot. At least as tall as some of the regular past deluxes.

 

Animated Bumblebee also fits the bill - quite a large deluxe sized robot from such a small alt mode.

Lockdown (both versions) is one of the extreme examples. HFTD Battle Blade Bumblebee also has this, to a degree. He's got an average sized vehicle mode (nearly the same size as his previous Deluxe figures), but is one of the tallest Deluxe figures in robot mode.

 

Almost all the movie toys have some sort of small alt mode with a large bot mode...at least compared to older toy lines.

But the same size as Primal's bot mode.
