Blackout syndrome is when a big alt mode makes a small robotmode. Reverse blackout sysndrone is the opposite small altmode big robotmode. So what are some toys with reverse blackout syndrome.
    Examples gen warpath, ha jazz.

    Animated Blurr
    Animated Lockdown
And from the looks of it, Prime Starscream (deluxe ends up practically voyager height)

    RotF Lockdown counts as well.

Animated Shockwave is a bit of corner case. His alt mode isn't particularly small, but as Shockwave, he's really tall, far beyond the usual Voyager height. I'm pretty sure he's one of the few Animated figures taller than Lockdown.

In perhaps the oldest case, G1 Skids. Goes from super-tiny alt-mode, to one of the taller G1 Autobot cars.

Wouldn't this be considered mass shifting rather then a syndrome? Sounds like they have a condition or something.

No, because mass shifting breaks laws of physics, which the toys obviously don't.

If you want to play semantics, yes, toys can't break anything except your wallet. I assumed that mass shifting involved something small (or large) turning into something large (or small) whether it was a cartoon or made of plastic.

What you call reverse Blackout syndrome is more the norm, than not. Most bots are more compressed in their alt modes, to hide all the bits. Some of the ones listed here so far are are just notable in how extreme the size difference is.

What's notable about the reverse (bigger alt than bot) is that it is much more rare. As to calling it Blackout syndrome, I think the Lugnuts (both animated and HFTD) are more extreme examples.

It would make more sense to just call it Lockdown syndrome.

    agreed.

Another example might be ROTF Jetfire. Surprisingly large altmode compared to most.

I'd say Human Alliance Jazz is a perfect example of this! His alt mode isn't much larger than a deluxe, but he winds up almost ultra sized in bot mode!

Masterpiece Rodimus and voyager animated megatron could fit the bill.

Would Cybertron Metroplex count? He was sold as a leader, but he's nearly as tall as a supreme
