Just like the title says, very simple. Did you like it or not?
Rotf had many many issues but I would rather watch a crappy transformers movie then any other "blockbuster"
Yay, I'm not gonna watch it twice now, but I can't wait to own it on DVD.
MOTHERFUCKING YAY. i will own it as soon as possible
Watching this movie really made me exhausted. It's not the kind of movie I would like to watch over and over again
IMO it was awful beyond my expectations. The first one was at least salvagable if they cut a few things...this movie is such a mess there is nothing you could do to fix it.
yeah...I didn't love the first movie, but I at least wanted to watch it again. This one I have zero desire to ever see again.
That is what I thought it would be, with Devatstor's testicles and all.
The more I hear, the less I want to pay to see it, as it supports shoddy filmmaking.
Now Star Trek, that was bliss, and it pleased the fans as well. I will own that the second it comes out on DVD. I won't even go see ROTF,
due to all of the terrible reviews.
Seriously dude? Decide for yourself and go see it. It's worth it.
That movie was awesome. It had everything that I wanted. If people get past some of the things that could have done better (like the rushed ending) they'll see the true beauty that this film was. Transformers is no longer just robots kicking each other's asses (although there seemed to be a shit load of that in the movie!) it has now developed into something so much more complex, enjoyable, and badass. This movie is a yay without question.
Corrected. It had everything YOU wanted. Some of us didn't want a romance story with robots. What is this, Macross with even worse acting?
One man's porkrinds is another man's beef wellington. Not everyone will eat whatever is on a plate in front of them. I am more of a Star Trek, Dark Knight, Gladiator kind of guy.
I like some flavor...and fewer robot testicles in my films. But hey, that's just me.
Anyone who likes ROTF is not mature.
I gave the movie a 6/10, so I guess I'll say "yay"
I already stated that this movie was everything I WANTED. Thanks for pointing it out again.
You're missing out IMO. I'll agree with you that not everyone wants a romance story, but you say you're a "Gladiator type of guy" but yet you won't go see a TF movie that features Bots kicking each other's asses. And you said you "like some flavor?" What does that mean?
I just think it's funny how you won't go see a movie based off of SOMEONE ELSE'S OPINION. Funny coming from someone who says "One man's porkrinds is another man's beef wellington." Go find your beef wellington my man and decide on your own my suggestion
It's by no means a cinematic masterpiece but a nice bit of escapism and that's all I expect from a Transformers movie and I think realistically that's all anyone else should expect because anything else wouldn't stand a chance of appealing to the average non TF geek moviegoers who make up far more of the audience than the hardcore fanboys would have people believe.
Not all movies need to make a statement on something or have complex stories and characters to be fun and based on the reactions I've seen from audiences of all ages during the 3 showings I've been to plenty of people are going to enjoy ROTF regardless of what any reviewers, critics or outright haters think of it.
my 6/10 was a nay!
I guess i seen the wrong movie!
People who paint with broad strokes aren't either.
I gave it a yay. It was very fun and enjoyable. Looking forward to seeing it a second time.
Definitely a yay.
In all seriousness though, I thought it was a good movie. I would definately see it again before coming to dvd.
Wow, overwheling "yay"'s so far.
