I want to like this guy, I really do, but this paint job just kills him for me, and the Takara one is even worse!!! When they redo him in silver and black like the photoshopped images we first saw then I might pick him up, until then, nah.

 

Let me introduce you to G1 Ironhide and Ratchet, the original seatheads (just seats, no head whatsoever!).

And now Tarkara Breakaway is just another example of a toy I prefer the Hasbro version of.

 

I love this mold. But these colors SUCK HARD.

 

His jet mode is fantastic that's for sure, with some exception to the color choices. His robot to me is odd, but it's growing on me. He's just quirky

In that case, poor ol' Breakaway has just become the first ROTF toy I will unreservedly say I think looks like utter shit.

I think Breakaway looks better than Dreadwing and Overcast.

 

I don't know why, but I really really like this TF. Still not sure which shade I prefer though.

 

Oh, he most likely will at some point. He is going to have a Field day with that thing.

 

This toy in Overcast's colors would look awesome.

 

Still don't know if I'll even get this guy.

 

Couldn't be any more silly looking than Skidz or Mudflap.

I hope Breakaway is in the movie. Bots need more aerial formers.
