Nice review as always. Prime looks like a fairly impressive transformation for such a wee little toy.

I just hope that jetfire doesn't end up looking as much like g1 Blot as this legends figure would lead me to believe.

Peaugh, what model of camera are you using? The setting should be a White Balance setting. Maybe you can turn the auto white-balance off? Good review, though.

You suck Peaugh, you get all the nice toys before we do! (I kid, I kid)

Seriously, those are nice to see with all the huplah over ROTF starting up again. Thanks for the neat reviews!

Yeah, I finally found that setting on the camera (been looking for it for a few days now.) As of right now, it's only available for still shots. The video camera is auto-only, but might get a firmware update. It's a Fujifilm Finepix S2000HD.

:lol  It was killing me, too, and as I mentioned in my YouTube comments, I felt like an idiot, since I have the old MAcFarlane Toys Maxx figure RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME on top of my monitor. He's been there for almost a year now.

Awesome, can't wait to receive my set! I always loved the Legends class, pocket-size TFs are the best when you just want to mess around in front of the tv or something. And with Brave/Fort Max.

No kidding. The other TFs that came today have been left in various places over the course of the day, but Optimus and Jetfire have gone everywhere I have today.

No idea. I actually haven't had a single issue with any of the ROTF toys I've gotten yet.

Terrific reviews as always. I'm still not sold on Prime's wonky proportions, although I'll probably still get him to add to my 3-year-old's collection of Legends figures.

My Knockout had loose ankle joints (fixed), a waist that wouldn't lock on the torso (tab is too small for the hole) and a blob of black paint on one side. The other 4 are fine.

I too had the non locking waist, but that's not a QC issue, it's that wide to allow the seat assembly to tab into place in cycle mode. Maybe a design issue, but not a QC thing. I just put a littl superglue into the hinge joint for the legs and that piece still moves easily but is tight enough to stay on place.

I just tried doing that (let superglue run into the grooves of the hinge and worked it a lot until the glue had dried up). It's much, much tighter now, and is totally solid.
