    • Removed canopy's pin, added some plastic insert, so now it can tap in/ out easily.
    • 1 switch control eye.
    • Another switch control headlights and tail lights.
    • Powered by 2 x AG4 button cell.

Wow...that's just fantastic! So where the heck did you fit the batteries and how many did you use? I'm guessing that the wires for the headlights must run through the inside of each leg given his transformation...hmm...
Heh, just realized that that last pic is of the two switches...looks really clean!
Any chance of a pic of the inside if him to give us some pointers?

I don't have this fig yet, but I imagine it must have been an incredibly fiddly job rigging all this, especially since I assume you must have had to run wires in through the legs too. You did an amazingly neat job, too. :thumb

Just a thought, but would it be worth painting the inside of his head with an opaque black paint, so the glow is restricted (or at least more restricted) to the eyes, rather than his whole head?

    Thx....

    My blog : ledcustom.blogspot.com

Argh....temporary i just have longhaul tutorial, see my below my signature. I will make another tutorial if i have the time.

    :)  U've got PM'ed.

I used 2 ag4 button cell, located at canopy, that y i removed the pin and make it tap in/out easily for replacing batteries. Yeah, and the wiring is all stuck into his limited chest space.......needed to dremel and cut many things in his chest to fit in 2 switches and wiring.

Can you help me remove my longhaul tutorial to "tutorial session" ?

Yeah, paint inside the head will help blocking the lights spread. Thanks for the tips.
